Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value Sara knows my hair better than I do myself:. She is always able to give me a great cut, one that doesn't need a lot of maintenance because she knows I'm not one to blow dry and style every day. She also had supported my decision to stop coloring!

Turned me away at 11 am because they were "fully booked". The place was empty and employees were just having a chat. A place that's "too busy" to help walk-ins isn't worth a visit!
