Lords & Ladies Hair Nail & SKN

We selected Diana Neider as our stylist after having met her thru her husband and also our daughters are friends. My daughter was first and she absolutely loved her haircut! She has thick coarse hair and tended to not like getting haircuts, but Diana was very kind and comforting and helped her gain confidence (9 years young at the time) she raved about her haircut and I know several other kids started going as well.

I also went to Diana for a mens haircut and she did a really great job, understood what I wanted, and kept everything on time which I appreciate. I can absolutely recommend Diana for women/girls haircuts and also hair coloring! I sent my mother to Diana with a gift certificate we purchased on promotion and she also loved it. Basicallly Diana now cuts our whole family lol

I have had mixed expirences here over the last 2 years. I have found a hair dresser that did great. I have also had my hair messed up by a few others. Today I also had to wait over 35 min. I refused service. No one seemed to care about the upset customer. For the price they charge you expect not to have to wait 35 min to bee seen. No one let me know she was running late.

I was told the same line they always use, they will be right out. I pay the extra price because I expect great service. I only get that service half the time. Maybe it's just bad luck on my part. (Update, June 9th 2022. Was contacted by Lord's and ladies management, they apologized and assured me they would take steps to make sure this dose not happen agin.)

Had a great first visit with Sue, She was very thorough in getting my stubborn hair a cool shade of blonde i was looking for and gave me a super fun cut and tips for maintaining my color. She was very friendly and easy to chat with. Awesome visit to L&L. Services: Hair coloring, Haircut

Super friendly atmosphere. I had a very relaxing facial here and the esthetician walked me through possible improvements to my routine after the appointment. I would definitely return.

I will never visit this place again! I had a nail appointment scheduled on my last birthday, and the morning of, had me reschedule to a different day "because there was a mistake in the system". When I showed for the appointment, I was forgotten about for 35 minutes before I was seen. Fast forward to this year, I decided to give them another shot for my birthday.

The stylist was nice, and really took her time to ask what I wanted and completed it really nicely. I had requested to schedule her for my wedding (bridal party) hair, as well as my engagament photos. I got all the paperwork for my bridal agreement. We had agreed on a time of 1pm for the styling and color, but then I realized my photos were at 4pm in another county.

She quickly adjusted her phone and said she also had a 9am appt for the same day. TWO MONTHS IN ADVANCE. We both agreed on that date, time, and the services. No problems! TWO DAYS BEFORE the appointment, I get a text reminder that I was scheduled for an appt at 1pm (for a color, and to leave WET). This is not what we agreed on, and how could I leave at 230 with WET hair to have engagement photos at 4 (over an hour away).

I called and pleaded for them to fix this, for it was not my fault. I was met with a poor attitude, and that they could call me with a cancellation if there was one, and asked if I wanted to cancel my appt (since it didnt work for me, and you are charged on your credit card if you cancel too late). I have never been somewhere so unprofessional. I have given them 2 chances, and will never be back.

I hope no one else has to experience this. it was SUPER dissapointing. I am SO glad I went with a private person for my bridal party hair. It was a much better deal, and no worries with "scheduling issues".

I decided to treat myself and splurge. So happy I did! I've had frizzy, unmanageable hair that I've always hated since high school and I decided to get a Cezanne Keratin treatment. I went in for a consultation on Sunday afternoon and she already fit me in for an appointment on Tuesday. Diana was so knowledgeable, friendly, honest and just after one visit to this salon, I trust her judgement 100%.

I'm so happy with the results of the treatment. My hair was never this soft, shiny, and frizz-free. She took her time with me, did not rush at all. I would definitely do business with this salon again. The atmosphere is clean, beautiful and inviting.

It's a very nice Salon. But I went today for my haircut and my stylist messed up my request. I had longer hair and I wanted to keep it like that, so I just wanted a trim (which should be about 1/4 of an inch). She ended up taking more than an inch off. When I made it clear I wanted a small trim. This is the second time this has happened where I got more taken off than requested.

I was very conflicted in writing this review. The salon is beautiful and the staff was lovely. It was relaxing and the pedicure was great. I also got a manicure and showed a picture to who was doing my nails. She told me she usually doesn't do designs and probably do not have the color and I said we could do something else but she said she could do it.

It had lines incorporated and she was honest in telling me that lines were not her strong point. As a customer, I believe that she should have told me she was not able to do lines at all. The nails were not worth the $70 that I was charged for. An extra $10 for lines that were transparent and squiggly when not supposed to be. The color on the nail was also transparent and chipped a day after my appointment.

I acknowledge that I should have asked for a second coat, however she said multiple times how good the nails looked and I just could not bring myself to basically ask for the nails to be redone because they looked nothing like the picture. It was very disappointing and I wish she was just honest with me by telling me she could not do it.

My most recent visit to Lords and Ladies was with Diana. She was great! Her work speaks for itself and she was able to help me achieve my balayage and haircut goals. Conversation with Diana was easy and natural (which is great when spending a few hours in her chair!) and she is just a delight to meet and work with! She had great product recommendations and I am loving my hair! Would definitely recommend.

I have been going to see Diana N. at the Sinking Spring Lords & Ladies for over 5 years. I started going to her when I was pregnant to treat myself for wash and style. Then I came back to her after giving birth and she keeps my grays covered and my blonde balayage fresh. She is talented and an amazing person inside and out. She is always sweet and I leave feeling fabulous.

I have been going to Lords and Ladies for 6 years now. I decided to treat myself after I had my daughter to a new mommy's day out and Diana was who I was scheduled with. She has been my go to ever since and now cuts my daughters hair as well. Diana is simply the best, she always gives me exactly what I'm looking for. She is the sweetest person and so professional - always recommending the perfect products we need. We always leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and looking great!
