First time trying them out and regret it! Should have took the time to drive to my usual hairstylist. Requested what's in the picture and came home with hair that barely touched the shoulder. I paid $55 plus tip for a great clips service!

Amazing quality work! Don't trust any other salon with my hair. Tara is amazing and we've gotten so creative after she brought my hair back to life

I am never one to leave a bad review and I'm really not that picky about my hair, but this place has turned me away from the thought of ever wanting to be blonde again. I went in with a balayage on brown hair and came out with hair looking really orange. They gave me some purple shampoo though, so I figured I would just wash a few times and be good to go, but it only made the really light parts of my hair white and the orange parts stayed orange.

It was a nightmare. Tried to book an appointment to get it fixed and that could not be done, so I ended up going to a different place where the hairdresser told me that they would have had to dye my whole head back to brown and start over because of the number of different tones in my hair. Luckily they could fix it, but I ended up having to pay around $340 for orange and white hair when all I wanted was blonde, then even more to get it fixed. If you want blonde, do not go here unless you trust your stylist. I highly recommend makeovers in Easton as an alternative.

I had an appointment at 5pm which I made almost a month ago with Brianna. I got there they opened the door to let me in because its locked due to covid which is understandable and said take a seat Nobody even came over to say anything at all. I waited 25 minutes and also wearing a mask as required. Every hairdresser was working on another customer all about half way thru.

And after 25 minutes of waiting and not one person even saying anything at all I just left! They didn't even have a receptionist. I understand the covid aspect but the salon was running perfectly fine during these circumstances. It was just bad business they showed today. I will most likely never go back there!. I have been coming for a few years and also was getting a 300$ service done today and nobody said one word to me while I waited 25 minutes and also i left work early to be on time for this appointment. Very disappointing and completely unprofessional

Brianna is my girl! I have super thick curly hair and she was able to give me the color I needed and have my hair straight with bounce! I went back to Brianna last week for a glaze and my hair looks even better! Thanks for making me look flawless Bri

If you want exceptional service, a warm, friendly and professional environment this is definitely the salon you want to schedule an appointment with! Bri has actually brought a tear to my eye when making me feel beautiful again. My hair has never felt so soft and health. She takes what you would like to do an adds her professional opinion. Which has had me go on back again and again. I highly recommend any of the girls there. But today you won't regret!

I'm not the best with reviews, but I was extremely pleased with my experience at Outlooks today. My appointment was for a single process color with Brianna. The staff, their products, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere made this such an enjoyable appointment and I definitely rebooked. I wish I knew they were here a long time ago!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value I asked for a Balayage highlight, instead I got zebra stripes for highlights. The owner Melissa blames me for not letting the stylist "do her job." Well Melissa your stylist sucks at highlights! I asked for Balayage not full foil chunky horrible terrible highlights that I have to wait until it grows out to fix it. Service: Hair coloring

USE CAUTION if you are looking to dye your hair at this facility. I recently had a less than pleasant experience where I received a chemical burn after coloring my hair, and needed to spend more money in order to get it fixed. Because of a recent coloring I had done to my hair on my own, I "needed" to go through 2 removal processes in order to obtain the color I desired.

I say "needed" because I told the stylist that she could have stopped after 1 application, as my hair had faded out pink on the tips and was getting the color blue, and the stylist said "if we dye it with the pink in there, those tips will be purple." I told her that was fine and I wouldnt mind that. Needless to say she persisted. During the removal processes, the stylist was almost bragging about the amount of "extra" chemicals she had to put on my head in order to remove the color.

I found this odd, and potentially dangerous, but assumed the stylist knew what she was talking about so I didnt pay it any more mind. Fast forward to 2 days after my appointment; My scalp was horrendously painful and itchy, and realized that pieces of my scalp were falling off and were bleeding. Of course I went to the doctor, who confirmed the chemical burn due to the removal chemicals.

I went through treatment, and felt better a couple of days later. Afterwards, I called the salon to inform them of this, so that way whatever happened to me could be fixed and no one else would have to go through it. After playing a rousing game of phone tag, I finally got ahold of the owner, who promptly told me that "in her 19 years of experience, she has NEVER seen a chemical burn as a result of the hair dyeing process." Never?

Even though a medical professional just told me they were relatively common when the chemicals were applied inappropriately? Alright. There were multiple back-and-forth comments in the conversation, however the main points to touch upon are that she said there was absolutely no fault of her staff, and she wished i called the salon before I called my own doctor. 1) of course I'm calling the doctor first, my scalp was falling off 2) if you have never seen a chemical burn before, how would you have known how to help me?

She then informed me that she would like to see "the notes from my doctors visit" in order to have proof of what I said. Why? Why would you need that? I would understand if you needed proof because I asked for a refund, however I never once mentioned that. A simple apology would have sufficed. With all of this said, the cut and final color product were awesome, and I would definitely recommend them for haircuts.

I just dont think that anyone in their facility is "experienced" enough to handle potentially dangerous chemicals that are applied to a sensitive part of your body, nor are they professional enough to admit when they have done something wrong

I called and made an appointment for balayage and my roots. I said "balayage and roots" a couple times to make sure I would get both. The person on the phone asked if I wanted a cut and I said a trim only if they stylist thought I needed my ends done. She said "ok I'll put you down for a cut just in case." I got a call a day or two before my appointment asking if I wanted to move it up to an earlier time (I'm guessing someone cancelled) I said sure. (I'll gladly wake up to get my hair done!) I'm wondering if this is where things went wrong.

I get to the appointment. I'll be honest, I was 5 minutes late but that time could have been made up by not getting a blow out so that wouldn't be a logical excuse. I got asked when I wanted done today. I said balayage and roots. The stylist then tried to tell me since I had highlights that were growing out that was basically balayage. "Yeah but I want more of it" The highlights really subtle at the end in their current state.

She then told me I was wrong and didn't schedule balayage to be done. I was (and still am) 100% confident I did schedule for balayage. After insisting I booked for balayage and then realized I was getting nowhere I just said fine do my roots and a toner for said highlights. I ended up getting a cut and blowout to at least get something out of the appointment.

I wasn't sure if it was the way it was blown out or not but it looked a little uneven but I didn't care at that point. A couple days later when I straightened my hair, yup, it's uneven. I don't even care. It was just the final nail in the coffin. I do not suggest this place. Also as a side note, this place is next to a Subway and with all the hair products and normal hair salon smell, the Subway smell is still wrong. This isn't a critique just an observation and has no effect on my opinion.

I got my very first Deva Cut with Melissa a few weeks ago and still cannot contain my excitement. My hair used to be uneven and short after each haircut as curls would react after a wet cut. My hair now looks refreshed and healthy. The upkeep is very quick and easy due to a nicely sculpted shape.

DONT EVER GO HERE! I got the worst haircut ever here! I asked for a half an inch to be cut off with angles around my chin. Somehow I ended up getting an nearly two inches cut off and curtain bangs that go up to my eye that are choppy and clearly not cut evenly. These people do not know what they are doing and clearly don't listen to instruction. Wasted $50 on a haircut that I have to wear in a pony tail now every single day and cannot be fixed, I am very unhappy! I would give this place 0 stars if I could!

Just left Outlook salon. Ashley did my hair and she is excellent. As I sat there I noticed all the chairs and all the girls we're very attentive and very professional. I went from long hair to short and I had high and low light put in. She addressed my concerns, talked about style and I just LOVE my new look from Outlook. If you're looking for a nice place to do your hair I recommend you try these girls.

I went there for my wedding hair and make-up. In the initial consultation, the owner showed me her book, which only had pictures up until about 1985 and mostly her relatives. She kept saying that none of the styles were her taste but she does what the customers want. Ok, fair enough. I called a couple of weeks later to book my appointments, the price was reasonable enough, and the first thing she snapped was, "Oh, I thought you were gonna call sooner so I don't even know if we're free." Uh ok, they were so I booked.

In trying to book the trial with her, she doesn't come in on Saturdays, so she gave me a hard time about that, but I work in Boston so there is no way I could come in after hours, so she finally accommodated me. I went in for the trial, which I was rather happy with, although she had told me in the consultation that it would be both a hair and makeup trial but she only did a hair trial.

At that point, what can I do? On the actual day, she was grumpy and talked about herself the whole time. I mentioned that my hair looked a bit frizzy in the back and she didn't get it at all. While she was doing my hair, she excused herself to answer the phone and yelled at a customer for cancelling on a Saturday and would not rebook her. I asked if she wanted to take a picture to update her book and she just laughed at me.

The make-up person wasn't ready for me until about 30 minutes after my hair was done. Overall, the price for the package is the right price, and my hair and make-up came out just fine, not great, but not completely awful. But the attitude of the staff is questionable at best. So would not go again!
