Worst experience I have ever had at a spa! Scheduled for a 90 minute deep tissue and a Brazilian wax at 3:00. Waxing was as advertised and took about 25 minutes, but the massage was horrible. Masseuse just rubbed oil around with no pressure. Requested deeper pressure 3 times with no change. After waxing, massage, and getting dressed I some how managed to still be at the front counter at 4:30. I don't know about you but that math doesn't add up. Would not recommend to anyone!

Don't come to this place for a massage, worst massage I ever had in 20 plus years! I walked out of the massage in less than 5 minutes because of how bad it was. The place looks fancy and smells good but that lady has no experience and does not know what she is doing. I didn't want to be completely rude so I told her to just charge me for 30 minutes and they charged me 50 dollars! Are you serious? 50 dollars for a terrible 5 minute massage? Never again!

This was my second time coming here, I had been here previously probably about 2 and a half years ago. I got another facial acne treatment, I don't have terribly bad acne but every now and then my face will start to flare up, and my usual treatment I use at home stops working, I'm also currently pregnant so that's another reason my face is breaking out, I also wear makeup so I decided to start coming here to pretty much unclog my pores and fix what little acne I did have on my face, . Both times I've been here I've been very happy with the results, the woman there are very friendly and considerate, I'll definitely remain a customer here.!

After my main waxing person went out on medical, I had to find someone else. I decided to give theses people a try. BIG MISTAKE! The person doing the services tried to tell me that the testicular area was not part of Brazilian waxing because of it being sensitive. NO! It is because she used soft wax instead of hard wax. I have NEVER had the issues I had with this place.

In contacting them they wanted me to come in for touch up. REALLY you just told me you don't do that area and you want me to cone back. Asked for a discount for services not rendered. NO WAS THE ANSWER. This place advise brazillian waxing. Do not believe them. They LIED!

I havent lived in Jville for about 4 years. Had to get some stuff out of storage so when I got done early I called to get an appointment because I used to go here a lot. They used to have massage therapists licensed to work on knots, so i was really hoping they still did. Luckily, they could squeeze me in, and Kelly got literally every knot out of my back. 1 hr of her working on my back got everything out.

She's amazing. I hate that I cannot remember the name of the girl who gave me the Malibu facial after, but she's from Cambodia and as also wonderful. I was very thankful. Deluxe has held on to their standards after all these years, even with different people. I have yet to be at another day spa that leaves my body feeling the way do

We purchased a $200 gift card as a gift for Christmas. My mother purchased the Love Of My Life package. The masseuse basically poured warm lotion on her back and rubbed it in never touched her arms or asked if the pressure was good. The manicure was horrible chips and wavy lines all over. When I called to see what the issue was with the service I was basically told what the package includes and that they gave her $10 back.

I purchased $200 worth of gift cards for this service so the $10 was already hers so nothing to give back. I asked to speak with a manager and was told they are out of country until February. Then the same lady said she was the assistant manager. She tells me she'll call me back well when she does now she's telling me she was there and that my mom said the services were good when they in fact were not that's why I was calling.

All she did was repeat herself over and over. They took advantage of someone who had never had a massage before. She then tried to blame the bad pedicure on my mother saying it was probably the polish was still wet when she left. Very unprofessional and a waste of money. They offered 10% off her next visit ha like that will happen.

After spending 5.5 hours and hundreds of dollars I did not leave feeling beautiful or like I just spent a day at a "deluxe spa". Beverages were not offered until after 5 hours of being there. There was nothing special about the place to make it worth 500+$. My hair cut was beautiful but color was not what I wanted. Waxing was done poorly (eyebrow & lip). Pedicure and manicure were done poorly. Gel on both lasted 5 days before chipping. Massage was good for Swedish. Employees are considerate and sweet though.

My friend and I received pedicures and a full set. My friend and I got nothing what we asked for with our full set. The shape is beautifully done but ultimately not what I asked for. The nail tech said "short nails don't look good with almond shape" but I preferred MY nails on the shorter side. I told her I wanted pink and I had 3 options to choose from which was nothing like the picture I showed her.

Then she told my friend that the design she wanted would be "too busy on your nail". what? If you can't do a design just say so. We ended up just not saying anything else and left with what we received after spending over $100 each. Also, she complained about a previous customer to me, which was unprofessional. The only reason I will give 2 stars is because the pedicure was nice. But the nail tech is too opinionated and just does what SHE thinks looks good. Never again.

I love getting my pedicures here. Only been twice but ever since I came here I wont go anywhere else. They also do actual manicures which is why my boyfriend and I chose here in the first place. Their prices are quite good as well and we always get a 10 minute foot massage added onto our pedicures.totally worth it. I normally get a full set after my manicure so my boyfriend goes with a deep tissue massage and says it is amazing. I will be doing a couples massage here soon so may update my post then. Definitely a hidden gem for a well needed relaxation day away from the world.

I got a full set with the pink and white ombre. Absolutely beautiful work and she always takes so much pride in what she does. She has been doing nails for many years and will do anything you want. I love how she always confirms with me how long I want my nails and what shape I want them. I have done designs in the past with her and they always come out flawless. 10/10 would recommend.
