I love this place! I see Katelynn Davis and she's amazing! My hair always looks awesome when I leave and she cuts it in a way I can style it on my own and it still looks great. She also takes her time with color and highlights. If you want them to grow out and not need constant maintenance she knows exactly how to do that. Definitely worth the money!

It is always a great friendly experience getting your hair cut here. Katelynn always gives me a great cut!

I went here earlier yesterday evening to give my 15 year old friend a ride home after her hair appointment. Everyone was overall really nice in the beginning and it was a very welcoming place. Until I went over to the hair washing station where my friend was and the hairdresser named Kaitlyn got strangely irritated at me for messing around with my friend?

All I had done was made weird confused faces at her and my friend thought I was looking at her hair and kept checking it through her phone. The hairdresser lashed out at me and told me to stop making faces at her because it was aggravating her as the hairdresser. So I apologized and stopped. Then, later on my friend told me to come with her to the hairstyling station because EVERYONE ELSE THERE was sitting by their friends and family watching them get their hair done.

But as I walked up the hairdresser rudely said "can you go sit in the hall way" and I said "sorry what?" And she pointed in the direction of the hall way and said "The hallway." So I said sure and walked over there although I was very distraught at how rudely she was treating me out of nowhere. THEN as my friend got in my car she said that as soon as I walked away, the hairdresser told her in these words "No offense, but I don't like your friend, she's very annoying and talks too much." Mind you, I barely said a word. I've never been treated like that at any salon I've visited and I certainly will never be going here again.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value Katelynn Davis is amazing and so detail oriented. She takes her time and is so down to earth. I recommend all my friends go to her! Great haircut by Tonya and the Manicure I received from Allie (4 weeks ago this coming Tuesday) and not a chip yet! Saff was friendly and professional and I am acquainted with most of them. Tonya was kind enough to give me a tour of the other shops and introduce me to the shop owners. Will be visiting those shops again, as well as Tonya and Allie. This was great planning on the part of the individuals involved and much needed for Kinston.

I get my hair done here by Tanya Adams. She works wonders with hair. But they don't only do hair, they have a full range of services from manicures to accupuncture to facials. They also have gift cards for their services as well as a gift shop with jewelry, clothes and crafts made by local artisans.

I felt right at home and Jayme did such an amazing job on my box colored dark hair!

Kaitlin cuts my hair and does a fantastic job! She is very professional and is ALWAYS on time. I know many of her color clients that rave over how great their hair looks and feels.
