Nice place to tan. Tanning comes in increments so you don't burn too fast. Great friendly staff.

I have been using Downey Tanning Co for all my tanning and body wrap needs. Their facility is very clean. Their body wrap service always helps when I need a detox or when I don't want a massage but I feel a little tense. Their spray tanning is the best, no streaks no looking like Snooki, and I get a many compliments. I also use their beds which are very very clean.

First off, let me mention how upset I am with this place. I went in this tanning company once before and I was actually very happy with the service. I scheduled another appointment for a full body wax in which I personally made it to my appointment but I wasn't able to be seen at the designated time that I had scheduled. I mentioned to the girl in the front that I couldn't stay because I had to rush my daughter to the hospital. keep in mind I did show up to my appointment.

I reschedule my appointment two days later which is today Wednesday. I couldn't make it to my appointment because I was still in the hospital with my daughter and my phone was completely dead. There was no way for me to contact them. I saw a transaction from this tanning company of $279. services were not even done. I called and spoke to someone who obviously doesn't even know what she's talking about or doesn't even know how to respond to my questions. she kept giving me the runaround that I didn't have the courtesy to let her know about canceling my appointment.

Then again I'm explaining to her my situation. all she kept saying was talk to my manager tomorrow morning. from a business point of view I can understand but I don't understand why you're going to charge me for a service that wasn't even completed. I never signed anything stating that I was okay with this purchase. I honestly feel like crying because to whomever I was talking to didn't really care or felt what I was going through with my child. So inhumane.

I absolutely love this studio! I've only ever gotten waxed (Brazilian and brows) from here, but their customer service is outstanding! It's a judgment free zone! 10/10 recommend! Services: Body Waxing, Tanning

It was my first time getting a spray tan I forgot to get the girls name but she was super friendly and explained how its works and what she recommended for the first time. It was a very nice experience and I would definitely encourage people to try it. The results are amazing and I can't wait to start taking selfies.

Love them! Love them! Love them! I was first referred to them from a friend. She signed me up with her Groupon for the infrared. The place is pretty and very clean. I have been dying to try their tanning beds but work around the clock and haven't had the chance, I now work close by so will have to try out the beds and their spray tan too.

I've been tanning here since last May and never once have I had a near bad experience. The decor is amazing, the staff is wonderful and the tanning beds are the best. I love having a tanning place so close to home. I will be coming here forever.
