BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! DECEIVING MARKETING! I called in to make an appointment on a Saturday, and let the girl who picked up know that I would use my groupon voucher. She told me she cannot give me a Saturday appointment only because I'm using groupon and she rather give it to a "regular" customer. When I asked her why not, and it should've been mentioned in the coupon, she said appointments are first come first serve bases.
By that logic, I should've get the open slot that were suddenly made available after I told her I would pay full for my child's hair cut. But when you use a groupon, you are like a "second class customer", even if they have a slot on a weekend, they won't give it to you as she flat out said to me. IMO, a salon which would discriminate customer based on a voucher they offer in groupon, should not be in groupon at all.
I found this deceiving and unethical marketing when a business treat a customer differently with lesser service for using voucher the business is offering. I wouldn't buy the coupon in the first place if I knew this was their policy. I am trying to trade the coupon for something else. I much rather pay full price somewhere else where I will be treated as a "regular customer" (the receptionist's word) than be treated this way.

So it was my first time in a salon so I was scared but my stylist Emelie Pascoe was very inviting like I've been coming there for years which I really liked not only did she take care of me she went above and beyond and I love my hair so I will be returning the best place to get you feeling sexy and beautiful.

It's not just a facial: It's a relaxing all in one treatment. Desiree was polite, welcoming and very pleasant. Facial itself was very relaxing and gentle. She started off with examining my skin type and gave me tips for skin care. She included a nice shoulder and neck massage, followed by unexpected hand and foot massage. I would really recommend her because her hands feel like the have a healing touch. I felt rejuvenated and fresh. I have good skin but I can definitely use a little pampering.
