We booked with Susan for a destination wedding there in Gulf Shores. We are located in IA and even being that far away Susan paid great attention and communicated frequently with me. Susan was everything we needed that day! The salon was beautiful, quiet, (near a CVS and subway for the hungry ladies or any last minute bevy's we needed). Even though we all provided what we wanted that day prior, each of us changed our minds the day of, Susan did not blink an eye and smiled with our indecisiveness!
She went beyond expectations. We loved our hair and my makeup was FLAWLESS! I cannot recommend Susan or Eden enough! Thank you again Susan, we enjoyed meeting you and starting our morning with you!

Beyond disappointed. I cancelled my second appointment but that can't get me back the time and money I wasted here. Facial was sloppy, unbalanced, and disorganized. Skipped the chest area completely, scrub was left all over my face, and just felt incomplete. She ended early and tried to claim that we started earlier than I even arrived in the parking lot (5 min till). Discounted $5 because I pointed out that I slowly got off the table & my phone said 16 minutes before my next service was to start.
My hour facial facial was scheduled for 1pm, hair cut for 2. After finishing the facial early, well before 1:45, I wasn't able to be seen for my hair until almost 2:30. I very nearly left after the facial, but really needed a trim. In retrospect, I wish I had left. My hair was cut almost twice as much as I asked. It looks fine and it grows fast, but it's always disappointing to not get what you want Location itself was dirty and out of date.
Couch is not only stained/soiled but I was told it wasn't comfy and to sit in a barbers chair. Treatment room smelled like rancid oil and needed a deep clean. High level of drama among the practitioners, I know more than I wanted to. Owner complained no one wanted to work, but truly, the location / equipment / management is the real issue. That's the reason why 3 locations turned to 1.
Nothing to do with staffing. I know the business struggle is real after hurricanes and oil spills, but you survive + thrive by being better, not being among the worst spa experiences possible.

My husband and I got a couple's massage this past weekend. Their massage therapist was very kind and thorough! I get regular massages back home, so I am conscious of the underlying muscle issues I have. She was able to pinpoint and explain each one without me saying a word! She was gentle, but got deep enough in the spots that we needed it most. After our massages, she taught us stretches we could do do ease our pain and even wrote which muscles down for us to take home and do some research on. We will definitely be revisiting when we make another beach trip! Keep up the good work.

This place is terrible! I have never had such poor spa treatment ever in my life! The sheets used were stained, the towels had an awful smell, the blankets were not changed in between clients, the floor looked as if they hadn't been vacuumed in ages, the products used were terrible! I went in to be treated for both a massage and a facial. The massage itself was not too bad, but the products used were terrible!
The hot stones did not stay hot for longer than 2 seconds! The oils used were bought from the dollar store! I left the spa looking super oily! I had oil all in my hair and I felt very disgusting! I am not sure what they consider a facial to be, but the the face rub with oils and a hot sour smelling rag is not it! I really expected more only to be disappointed!

FYI, I NEVER leave bad reviews. This is a first for me. Terrible experience. Went for a 90 minute massage. The massage therapist was 30 minutes late arriving, the pressure was annoyingly soft and then randomly way too hard. No flow with the massage just very random placing, pressure, and repetitive strokes. I feel like there's no way she could have been certified.
It just felt like she didn't know what she was doing, my back and neck have been bothering me since. It was also freezing cold, lights were too bright, and I was not kept covered up well. I felt exposed. $140. The staff was friendly, but not professional at all. The place was dirty, dust build up in the bathroom bad. I went with a friend, she said her massage was very similar to mine. just felt like they didn't know what they were doing. I've had a lot of massages and never had an experience like this.

Great experience! Candace (my hair stylist) was very skilled and went out of her way to get me exactly what I wanted. I came out with a nice haircut that was way more versatile than I could have expected, and I would definitely come back in the future. 10/10! PS: I scheduled pretty last-minute, and they were very accommodating (thanks, Mrs. Pam).

This salon needs to be better prepared on the scheduling. We had two people for massage and one for pedi one for mani. They neglected to inform us that we woulda be following each other not at the same time, also to add any service to your services completely throws them off. Because of this, only one of us received services, the other went to the nail salon across the parking lot. Also, when making appointments they would be wise to inform called of the specials.

Such an elegant salon with a great staff! Got my appointment booked with no problem and had a great massage, with a facial to follow. If you're looking for a salon on the island this is definitely my recommendation. Not only do they offer you great customer service, but you can tell the employees care about the quality work they're providing. 5 stars all day!

We had a bachelorette party here. The service was great. We all felt relaxed and rejuvenated at the end of the services. The staff was great to work with. My massage was great, Chester was my masseuse. The facial was excellent. My face felt fantastic and I Love my eyelash extensions. This is the place to go for facials and massages in Orange beach. Thanks for accommodating my large and loud group of friends. :

Wow. I love Jackie. Her knowledge on skin care and eyebrows are beyond recognition. I loved the facial and I also managed to experience Bella and it's absolutely amazing. My results from her products are unbelievable and I will continue to use them on regular basis. Ask for Jackie she is awesome. I can't wait until my next appointment.

I remembered when this business was further down on Perdido Beach before you go over the bridge to Florida. Great massages, great facials and a great manicure then. The ladies are courteous and attentive, but I miss the original building, it was high-end and even though where it is now is nice, it has poor lighting for waxing and is just not the same feel I had with the former location.
Poor lighting as in, you need a lot of lighting if you are going to have waxing done. I came home and still found some unwanted hairs on one side and a mild reaction (bumps) because you are supposed to mildly exfoliate and cleanse skin before waxing and that was not done and afterwards the post cleansing must've had an irritant in it. It was also very cramp for the treatment. Guess I'll go to Cleo's next time or just stick with the facials, etc.

This is one of the most beautiful, elegant Spas I have been in! All of the staff were very courteous and made me feel right at home! The massage therapists are top of the line barring none! The nail tech give one of the best if not the very best manicures and pedicures ever! When you arrive there you are immediately greeted with smiles and courtesy courtesy & the massage therapists are always right on schedule! I would highly recommend this spa to anyone!

It's a bit like walking into a modern day "Steel Magnolias" movie! Don't be deceived by the simple storefront of a strip mall complex. Inside, you'll find plenty to be happy about! First service I received was a massage from Harmony. I am an expert in this area as I get massages at least once a month, but strive for twice a month. It's also something I treat myself to every time I travel.
I can honestly say this was the best massage I've ever had. I requested upper body and feet only. Lots of stress knots (I'm a teacher!) and plantar fasciitis are my main issues. Harmony addressed them perfectly. I wish I could take her back to my hometown! Honestly.the best massage ever! Very professional and attentive. My second service was a manicure.
I had gel/shellac on my nails and it was quite a process to remove it. Nonetheless, Rita was attentive and diligent and removed it all! I decided to take a break from the gel and I got a basic polish manicure. Looked fabulous! And she has a super sweet, Southern accent! My friend got "her hair did"! Janna was available for a highlight, cut, and blowout.
This was all going in during my manicure. Lots of girly girl chatting with Janna, Rita, myself, my friend and Pat, who coordinated appointments. Janna was bubbly and friendly and pretty darn funny. Pat was like the girlfriend you've always known.classy, pretty and personable. My friend, Leigh Ann, loved her hair. I loved my nails. I LOVED LOVED my massage! Prices are comparable to my hometown of Springfield Mo. $75 for massage, $25 for manicure (even after all that work at removing the shellac!) and $110 for the highlight, cut and blowout. You can't go wrong here. We will be back again someday!

My mom and I came here once because it was right down the road from her condo and very convenient. She decided to get a massage, while I got my roots touched up. The stylist was nice enough, but refused to simply dye my roots, instead saying she was going to do highlights and low-lights. Having never had either before and because she was so insistent, I reluctantly agreed, even though it wasn't what I asked for.
My roots were brassy and the low-lights behind my ears literally turned out black, like someone ran a sharpie through my hair. I went back the next day to get them fixed, but the streaks were still extremely visible and tacky. I didn't have time to go back because I was going home the next day, but by then my roots had turned completely brassy and didn't match my hair AT ALL.
It literally looked like I had nothing done to fix it. I called them to tell them about it, and of course no one picked up. Left a voice mail and they never called me back, either. Very unprofessional! My mom also said that throughout her massage, the rooms were so thin she could not only hear the employees gossip the entire time in the next room, but could also hear people going in and out of the bathroom and flushing the toilets. Completely non-relaxing and gross. I will *never* go back, convenience be damned!
