My daughter had her hair and makeup done for prom at Ocean Waves. She looked Amazing!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, Value I have been seeing Allison for years to get my lashes done. I moved to Leverett, MA for clinicals and tried going somewhere else but did not like how she did them. I will never go to anyone else beside Allison. Idc how far, she is the best!

I started seeing Allison for my lash extensions in June because the previous specialist I was using simply couldn't get me the volume and length I was looking for. Allison has been super accommodating anytime I have needed to reschedule and my lashes are amazing! I get compliments every day on my lashes and she does such a great job that I only go in for a fill once per month. If you need lash extensions, Ocean Waves and Allison is your best bet!

There's a reason I still choose Allison after several years, even as more and more choices for lash extensions have emerged. She's so good at what she does, meticulous; but also the kind of person you want to spend an hour with every few weeks because of her warmth and sense of humor. Wholeheartedly recommend!

I have been seeing Allison at Ocean Waves for a couple of years. My lashes are AMAZING, long and FULL! She is always on time, accommodating and courteous. I would NEVER trust someone else with adhesive near my eyes!

Allison is THE best hairdresser and lashologist ever! I've been seeing her for about 10 years and won't let anyone else touch me!:). I have to make appointments way in advance to see her-gladly:).

DO NOT GO HERE FOR LASH EXTENSIONS! Please save yourself and your lashes and do not go here for any lash work! I'm new to the area and went here for what I thought would be an easy and painless lash fill, but I was sooo wrong. First, I scheduled a 30 min appointment, she sat me down in a rush and said she only has 30 min, lol, but this woman took almost 2 HOURS. before scheduling the appointment I said I just want 30 min because I'm job searching and thats all I can afford right now. and yes, she charged me for the longer session, that I did not ask for. lashes should be a relaxing experience, but my lashes were twisted, pulled out and poked so much, I was trying to figure out exactly what she was doing with the tweezers while my eyes were closed. it felt like she had 0 experience and training.

I ended up in tears towards the end of the fill, and just wanted it to be over. my bottom lashes were stuck to the top, I have super long bottom lashes so it should be easy to not get them stuck. She even RIPPED OUT my bottom lashes, leaving a BALD PATCH! After all that pain and time, they did not even meet my standards, not as full as they should have been and the lashes and glue were stiff.

If you're going to take 2 hours then they should at least look good. I even exclaimed that I was not happy with them at all and they still charged me for the full longer session. I went somewhere else to get my next fill and she said so many people have come to her from this spa and they're lashes are SCARY, spidery lashes and natural lashes ripped out and everything! she said it felt like "preforming surgery" to take off clumps of fake lashes from my natural lashes. this spa should not be allowed to do lashes, you will regret going here, even for 1 fill. 1 star is being generous.

I have been seeing Allison at Ocean Waves for several years and I couldn't be happier with my lashes. I regularly get complimented on them and have seen other salon's lashes on friends and haven't been impressed. Allison is a perfectionist and takes pride in her work, she is also fun to chat with and I look forward to my fills!

Best place to get your Lashes done! I have been going Allison at Ocean Waves Salon for over a year now and she is incredible! Allison is skilled and knowledgeable about Lashes. I have seen other peoples lashes and I have learned that you just can't go to anyone. If you are wanting beautiful lashes and top notch service go see Allison!

I got my eyelashes done by Allison (the owner) and I was very comfortable. I love my lashes, and will never go back to no extensions!

I was recently there to have my hair done by Debby who was fantastic! She really makes you feel relaxed and seems to really care about what you want! And as for the atmosphere there very cheerful happy environment very positive feeling! I would highly recommend this salon!

I go here to get my lashes done every two weeks. The owner Allison is the sweetest nicest person you will ever meet. My lashes always look fantastic even though I am hard on them because I work out, sweat, swim, etc. I have experienced no damage to my natural lashes and my eyes are so much happier now that I can go completely makeup free. I will never stop going to ocean waves great people, great service!

I called about getting in last minute for a fill on my eyelashes, and Debbie was so helpful along with the eyelash lady. They didn't have any time for me, but they gave me names and numbers to help my situation. Clearly the customer service here is top of the line.
