I have gone to this salon for several years. I am disappointed to break ties, since I the stylist and spa technician I have used are fabulous. However, the owner has chosen to stock profane and unpatriotic merchandise & I cannot support that decision. She states they are not profane just because the word is not spelled out. But we all know what #FJB and Go Brandon mean. Disrespectful to our country & the office of the President. Most certainly her right, but only because she lives in such a great Democracy. Yet she chooses to be disrespectful & unpatriotic for a bit of profit.

If you are in search of a great wax, Katherine is the best! She is very thorough, gentle and friendly.

Very clean and elegant style. All hairstylist and staff are super friendly. Prices are fair. I also love the boutique shop. I have no complaints, I love jour salon and spa. Found my forever hairstylist there and will continue to go to her and will be using other services there as well. Jour salon will be my go to for all my beauty needs.

Was expecting something different I guess. Didn't seem to have much knowledge on products either just felt if I were to ask for a blow dry or a god shampoo wash I was an inconvenience. cute boutique but most items are for big girls (size 10 plus)

Literally cannot say enough great things about this place! Every time I walk in the door I feel completely pampered and taken care of! Trust me, you won't regret coming here!

Katherine did an amazing job on my nails. First visit today and Love my pink and white acrylic French set! I will definitely be using her from now on!

Today was my first visit. Most of the staff was nice and professional. I had a wax appointment with Katherine. She was very pleasant and courteous. When I was checking out I handed one of the ladies at the desk my card. She runs my card, tosses it back on the counter in front of me and walks away. The other lady at the desk helped me finish my transaction. Overall I would still recommend this place, especially Katherine.

Today is my WEDDING day and I made a last minute appointment late last night to get a facial done this morning. Kathy, who is amazing, super sweet, and has a bunch of fun stories to tell about where she is from, took AMAZING care of me and made me feel so welcomed. She really cares about her clients from just this first visit. I was super blessed to have found this place and I will definitely be back.

Taylor does an amazing hair. She's very good at what she does!

I am picky and when my Stylist moved on I had to find a new salon. Wife found Jour and set appt. Sharon Hellmuth was great. She listened to me babble about how I liked my hair and gave me a great style. Couldn't be happier. Set my appt for next month before leaving. Thanks again Sharon H.

This is the only spa that my daughter and I will go to. It is clean and that is very important to me! The people who work here are kind and attentive!

The hair salon is good. But the massage and foot euphoria is not a good experience. The therapist turned my feet blue and my massage was no good. The service was not good. My friend didn't get to have her hair done because her therapist took an extra hour as she kept leaving during her pedicure. A lot of very unprofessional and inexperienced people work there.

The clerk at the front desk doesn't even know how to check you in or out. This was my second time to go to this spa and the first time I went was just okay. Do not recommend this place except for the hair. We both where so disappointed about our terrible spa day.

My husband gave me gift certificates for a full day. Be sure to ask for Carolyn for massage. Amazing! And Candi is a miracle worker on hair.

This was an amazing salon. I saw Candi and she went above and beyond. She went out of her way to get the color of blonde that I wanted! And she was the first person to actually do the blonde that I wanted. She's amazing. I'd see her for sure if you're looking for someone. I'll definitely be going back!

Kimberly Henderson is the best massage therapist I have ever been too! She is knowledgeable and very skilled. My lower back issues have subsided and I no longer need pain medication to relieve my back spasms.

Kimberly Henderson, AAS, LMT I have gone here many times for my back problems, she is very knowledgeable about what to do and how to take care of my back pain. I feel like a new person when I leave. I highly recommend her to anyone that needs therapeutic massage.

For the very best blonde highlights you have to go see Candi Garza! I have to say I'm always happy with the services and service I receive at Jour but Candi out did herself today! She helped me figure out a great new cut and she did the best blonde highlights I've ever had. I won't give away my age but I've been getting highlights for 20+ years! Lol Thanks again!

Such a relaxing place, an escape from the "real world" for a bit. Clean salon with friendly staff. Convenient online scheduling--with plenty of automatic calendar reminders on your phone (very useful for forgetful people like me). Candi is some sort of hair-color wizard. Schedule with her--she'll be completely honest if something isn't working for you, and she'll hook you up with any kind of color correction or "reconfiguring" necessary. Jour is a pleasant experience, all around.

I have been to Jour Salon and Spa for hair styling, nails, wax, massage, facial and permanent makeup. Every experience has been a great one! Shannon and her team run a first class business!

I love this salon! I have been a client here for over 10 years. I drive 45 minutes just to get my lashes done with Katherine because she is that great! The entire staff is always so courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this salon!

I would highly recommend Jennifer Wavrusa at Jour Salon and Spa! I recently moved to Rockwall and struggled to find a stylist that could give me the highlights I wanted without my hair looking brassy. Jennifer did an awesome job today and was able to get rid of the brassiness as well as giving me natural looking highlights that made my hair shine!

Prior to my appointment, she texted me to see if I just wanted highlights or if I wanted color too. Upon hearing about my concerns with my hair looking brassy, she requested I text her a picture of my hair so she could see the issues she would be dealing with at my appointment. She was prepared, friendly and above all, she did a great job fixing my hair. She has many years of experience, works quickly and definitely is a master at her craft!

I got my hair bleached and dyed teal by Victoria, and everything was great from start to finish! I have extra thick, long, dark hair, so doing anything to my hair takes a long time, and she ended up having to stay an hour and a half later than what she originally expected (she told me the process would probably take around 4 hours). Despite that, she was super friendly and fun to talk to the whole time, she took her time to make sure it came out right, and she explained everything to me along the way so I knew what she was doing and she knew what I wanted done.

This was my first time getting my hair dyed, so I wasn't sure what it would look like, but in the end it came out even better than I hoped for. I'm definitely happy with the work she did!

Best eyelash extensions are here! Katherine did a wonderful job and gave me a full, natural look. It took about two hours, (past experiences took an hour), but I attribute that to how detailed she is at applying the lashes. Totally worth the extra time. I'll use Katherine again and again. Great experience overall!

I've been for bikini waxing a few times now, enough to say that my experience must be the norm. The entire experience takes too long because there is too much talking and, I'm sorry, I just don't want to listen to the personal opinions of the technician when I'm in a compromising position. I am also very sore the next day because the technician kept going over the same spots over and over saying my hair was "stubborn, " I've since found out this is a no-no and big cause for irritation and infection following a wax down there.

She also took a lot more area than I asked for and, having extra sensitive skin, I wasn't a happy camper, but she then had to "even it out." The prices are good but with the above issues I don't think I will return.

Love Jour Salon and Spa! My sister and I went there yesterday for a facial and massage! Shannon was able to accommodate us at last minute which was a blessing in disguise. She sat us up with Cathy (facial) and Carolyn (massage). Let me say this, both women were amazing! The minute we walked in we felt very welcomed. We will both be clients forever! Thank you Shannon, Cathy, and Carolyn!

I got a pedicure, massage and a Brazilian wax. I loved the massage, it was awesome. The pedicure was good, they had a ver limited number of colors and I asked for just the white tips and she said she couldn't do them. No biggy I just got pink. The wax wasn't bad, the only thing that weirded me out was the same lady who did my pedicure did my waxing and she didn't wash her hands before she started waxing. She also didn't wear gloves. I will go back for a massage for sure, probably not for waxing though. The salon is very nice and quiet and is decorated so pretty.
