Lauren is an artist when it comes to cutting & color. With over 15 years of experience. Her education includes several advanced haircutting & color classes. You know you've gotten a really superb haircut when strangers stop you and ask you who your stylist is. That's my goal, for every haircut. Julie has been cutting, coloring, perming & styling hair for over 25 years.

So I took it upon myself to go to Sally's one day and get a toner because my highlights were getting a bit brassy, so I figured I would do it myself. Bad idea. My roots came out orange and my highlights were a greenish-gray. My hair looking terrible . I had to have it fixed immediately, so I called around and every salon couldn't get me in until the following day, until I came across Papillon Salon and a women who knows what she's doing, her name is Phi and I would highly recommend her, she's so good at what she does and I trust her 100% This is a very friendly salon, everyone is welcoming and I'm so glad to have found this salon and Phi

All I wanted was an inverted bob & after I showed Jessica pictures of what i wanted, she chopped my ponytail off and the took the trimmers to the back of my head & informed me while doing this that she was NO Barber. How about you don't do a short cut on someone if you can't do it right. My hair is sooooo jacked up & now I have to spend more money to go get it fixed, IF they actually can fix it. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I have had Jessica Gutierrez do my hair for the last 18 months and have always been happy. Jessica is a sweet, down-to-earth gal who doesn't have that uncomfortable "attitude" u find w some stylists/salons. I use her for haircuts and for lots of blonde locks! Jessica always aims to please! I appreciate her so much. Even followed her when she transferred to a new salon! That says something!

Love coming here, Jessica makes it so easy for me to setup an Appointment, understands my needs, and always come out looking FABULOUS. I'm a very very picky person so for me tor stick with her for 3 years. 3 different hairstyles, 2 different hair colors, and a move, I have no complaints. her and her colleagues are very friendly I always reccomend this place to my friends.
