I came here two times, hoping to give them the benefit of the doubt. The first time I went, I asked for acrylic nails. I asked for coffin shape, but the shape of the nails were disfigured and crooked. I went a second time, and got a different person. She saw my nails and said they were not shaped correctly. She asked me where I got them, and I said, "Here." She looked shocked since the nails were so unevenly shaped.
I thought it might mean she would do a better job this time, but this was not true. She made me bleed when shaping the nails, twice. And the shape was even worse. Then, before my nails were dried, I was rushed out. I will not come again

Was there the one Sunday afternoon for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The pedicure was great the MANICURE HOWEVER the nail tech fully continued to pick at parts of my finger that weren't part of my nail bed even though my finger was bleeding. He did that on multiple fingers and I had to tell him to stop doing it. On Wednesday afternoon I had to come back because multiple nails already started peeling.
A gel manicure that peels after 3 days? The next Tuesday so a little under a week and a half later the entire manicure was completely peeled off. A full blown waste of $40. Save your money and go elsewhere

For the past 15+ years I have adored and enjoyed standing manicure/pedicure appointments every two weeks with Mai! She is incredible and I love the warm atmosphere of the salon. The end result of every appointment are perfectly manicured toes and nails but more importantly, I leave feeling happier and more relaxed than when I entered the salon. Over time, I have learned that I am not alone in how I feel about Strafford Nails as I have met many others who love them as much as I do.

I went here the other day and I did not have a good experience. One of the men did my nails, he started with a pedicure and was super rushed. When I sat down in the chair for my gel manicure he accidentally stepped on my toes and messed up the polish. Instead of redoing what he messed up he just painted over it, which did not look good. For my gel manicure he was super rushed and very rough when filing my nails and cutting the cuticles.
He even cut my cuticle at one point and my finger started bleeding. He did not do enough layers of the gel so it was a bit streaky and almost see through. The price was also a lot for the poor quality of service I received. $70 for a gel manicure and normal pedicure

I used to come here a lot while I'm in school I went to the salon today. And I asked to get my gel nail UV removed I never said I wanted gel polish again and I continued to ask them and say regular nail polish. They kept on rolling there eyes and ignoring me Hannah is rude, I called and made an appointment and they had the nerve to tell me to wait and did some other girls nails when I was there before her.
But that's not even the issue I have, when Hannah switched with this guy to paint my nails and I will say he did an amazing job. I then get to the price and she tells me 40 DOLLARS! When I called about how much it was she told me 10 and to get my nails regularly painted it would be 15 which is what I said how do you go from 15-40? Then when I'm questioning her (the owner) about the price she tells me I said gel nail polish.
I never said that then they proceeded to laugh at me and talk about me right in front of me. I couldn't even believe I still gave the guy a tip. Again I loved going to this place regularly on a daily basis. Now I will never go again. They were highly unprofessional and they made me just want to leave every two seconds they were talking about me. Again they did a good job but I'd rather go to a place that would treat me with respect and not talk about me negatively.
