Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality I have been using this salon for many years and some of the staff have been there for about that long and they are all super sweet and helpful. My 1st time to the new location in Hamilton on RT. 33, I was originally a customer in 2013 at Independence Mall. Kira assisted me today. She was very knowledgeable of the tanning equipment and what the salon had to offer. She gave me a tour and showed me each room with the different beds. Once I chose my package after some Q&A I was very pleased with her recommendation and my experience.

I absolutely love Salone Sole. I have been a member with them since 2003. Worth every penny for such a quick and nice tan. I have tried other tanning salons, but they do not even come close to comparison. They have a great and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this salon. You won't be disappointed.

I have been a loyal customer to Salone Sole and am very satisfied with their service(s). The staff is most friendly and always make me feel welcome. I don't think I've ever had to wait, had a question that couldn't be answered, an issue with cleanliness, or even an experience with a burn for that matter. I'd recommend them to anyone! Thanks to them, I'll keep a healthy glow year-round!

Always an awesome experience. Ro, the woman at the front desk, is super friendly and always eager to assist. She's not only amazing in customer service, her airbrushing expertise is top notch! No complaints! This salon is the best I've ever been to and their Venetian airbrush is outstanding! No orangey color, just a beautiful flawless natural brown tan! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I have been coming to Salon Sole since it first opened. I will not go anywhere else, the service is top notch, the equipment (I do levels 4 and 5) the stand up and Matrix are AMAZING! I am also a loyal customer of their custom airbrushing services! The Venetian looks amazing on my skin. Ro and Petra do a fabulous job with my airbrush! I buy my tanning lotions there and have also bought the beautuful jewlery they sell. I LOVE THIS PLACE!

Great customer service and also very clean. Roe at the front desk is very welcoming and always happy to great her clients. In addition when talking with clients she knows so much about the products and beds and makes you feel comfortable going tanning especially if you have never been before. She adds to the overall quietly of the experience. Salon sole is one of the top tanning salons around.
