I was not impressed especially with what I paid for a partial highlight & my hair cut into an inverted bob. I had Liz she cut my hair 1st dry & it took her all of 5 minutes, my highlights weren't a light as I wanted them either. It was $178.00 I wouldn't say it was horrible but not worth what I paid. My bob was cut blunt with no angle like I wanted. She did give me the best shampoo I've ever had.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Always do a great job and are able to give helpful tips on how to style your hair. The messages are amazing. Very soothing and leaves you feeling relaxed. Services: Bang trim, Haircut

Cindy was just fantastic. I was always happy with my previous hair stylist and i was leery to change, not knowing what the quality would be, but I am thrilled with the haircut I got from Cindy. On top of that Cindy is friendly, upbeat, and very easy to talk to. It was like spending time with an old friend. Service: Haircut

Rachel was amazing! She took the time to listen to what I wanted and cut my hair just as I asked. She was so friendly and even told me about the area since we just moved here from out of state. I haven't been able to find a hair dresser like her in years. I left there extremely happy and will be returning! Service: Haircut

My nail tech (Valentina) is fantastic. But the front desk has issues. Hard to get an appointment made and on my last visit I had to wait 5 - 10 minutes for someone to simply come to the front desk to take my money. I think you put your new people on the front desk but they are your face to the public. Nothing more annoying than waiting to give someone your money.

Love Soto! I live out of town but keep coming back because I trust them to continuously give me a good cut. Prices are fair as well. All the stylists I've seen over the years are welcoming and patient. Services: Highlights, Hairstyling, Hair coloring, Haircut

Got my wife their signature spa day for our anniversary. She enjoyed most of it outside of the massage. The massage therapist was very sub par, and almost didn't seem to understand what she was doing. I guess this is to be expected at a hair salon.

Considering the price for a gel pedicure with polish removal was double that of the competitors, I was expecting that level of service. Chair needed an upgrade and support pillow, the water level was low and not fully covering my feet, the gel polish removal felt like my toes were burning off, and the scrub a bit rough. Tech was friendly, service was prompt, and polish was good, but I don't think I would pay over $90 before tip for that kind of experience again.

I had been to another salon and my hair had a bad reaction to the glaze that was used. My hair was orange and damaged. I was driving home and crying to a friend. They recommend Soto. I made an appointment right away for a color consult with a color specialist. The receptionist was very nice and booked me an appointment with Julie. I met with Julie the following day.

I told her what had happened. We discussed the possibilities of it being my thyroid medication as one of many. Julie was beyond professional, listening to everything I had to say and reviewing certain details and not blaming another stylist. Of course this is a week before Thanksgiving. Julie reviewed who would be available to help me the next day. Julie introduced me to Brooke.

They went over what would be the best application to repair my hair color. I am beyond thankful. Brooke did an amazing job and I have another appointment with her in December. Highly Recommend and I can not wait to book other services at Soto Signature Salon and Spa.
