I love the staff but I spent 130 dollars on lotion today when the exact same bottle is on Amazon for 39 dollars I'm super bummed and disappointed in whomever is ripping people off like this. I understand a mark up but this is insane. I just wanted to let other people know so that they don't get screwed like me. Buy your lotions elsewhere people!

The place is always clean, the employees are nice, tan beds are maintained and there are great specials and sales all the time to attract business. but the hours posted on the door vs. online vs. Google searches etc. never match-up, no one ever answers the phone to let you know if they are actually open or not and those are easy customer service fixes that have plagued this place for years.

I love this place and location. Everything is always well cleaned and maintained. This last time I went in Katie was working and I have to say she is probably the most knowledgeable and friendly person I have ever met at any salon. She explained what bed I should use, how long, and why. Answered all of my questions and even made me super interested in going to get a spray tan (I always do the beds). She recommended room 6 it's a gold bed I believe, for 15 minutes. It's the bed I'll be using every time I go in now. Thanks Katie!

I go to the delmonte location and I love the salon the place is clean the girls are nice and the location is very convenient for me but I have grown to like 1 bed #6 and the bed is down and has been for some time now witch I find a little crazy right in the middle of the summer and their busy season so I'm not purchasing another package until it up and running however in just the last few weeks I have met and talked to several others who are not going to purchase another package until that bed is fixed and 3 girls from the Beauty salon there that are going elsewhere because they also want that bed witch is kind of a bummer everyone likes the same bed I do but I really wish they would fix the bed before they lose to much more Business because I would really hate to see that location close I gave 5 stars because I love the place but please fix bed #6 not just for me but for your business thank you

I signed up last week and the young girl was very polite and kind. I asked for a bed that didn't have new bulbs because I haven't tanned in about 8 years. She told me okay and put me in bed 9. : When I went in for the second time I asked again for a bed that didn't have new bulbs. The manager was playing on her phone. She was EXTREMELY rude! She said all the beds were the same.
She said it didn't matter what bed it was only about the amount of time. I explained I had gotten very sick from a tanning bed and burned really bad and just wanted to make sure they were not new bulbs. There is ABSOLUTELY no reason to be rude to a someone asking about the beds.

There was an issue with the promotion on my account which was causing the VersaSpa to not register. Jamie was super helpful, worked to get it fixed and called me when it was ready. I came back and the manager ended up giving me the tan for free! Great customer service. So happy the Damonte location now has the VersaSpa!

I really dislike giving bad reviews. After I left a baddie, they sent me a very brief 'what's your name and phone number' message. I supplied it and noticed they refunded my credit card the $22. Hey thanks! They might want to reword the contract a little. It's confusing, especially when the representatives misrepresent. On another note, the attendants are very friendly and the facilities nice and clean.
I only used the Bronze (older traditional tanning bed), and they did the trick. They have the most reasonable prices in town if you sign up for a longer contract. Just be sure you read it well!

The staff is amazingly nice except for one of the guys that works there. Hes not so polite. But other than that i would highly recommend this place to anybody. The tan is amazing and the beds are always nice and clean so are the rooms it's just overall a really nice place to go and tan you feel like you can get away for the 12 minutes that you're in there.

Wow! The worst customer service ever! It started two weeks ago, I work odd days and travel often so it's hit or miss when I can come tanning. I go on Sunday and it's closed for repairs. Wtf alright I won't tan. Another week goes by I got word that I need to travel out of the country for work, I come in on Sunday the platinum bed is broken.
Now I'm the highest paying member I get things break, but crap this is ridiculous. I talk to the girl and explain I'm traveling out of the country and need to put my membership on hold. She said she'd send it to management and let me know. This afternoon I received a call they are unwilling to put my membership on hold because I haven't been a member for 6 months. Hmm well I just moved to the area from Somerset so of course I haven't been there 6 months I just bought my house 3 months ago.
I also explained that your bed isn't working that I pay the highest for. I was told it will get fixed sometime this week! Wtf! I'm paying full money and receiving nothing for it! I was told Moana is just down the street excuse me?!?! I went to Damonte not Moana! I travel for work and Moana is not just down the street! Horrible customer service and they are basically stealing money for services they CANNOT PROVIDE!
Go elsewhere! I highly recommend California Sun off Robb Drive! I have reported them the BBB, they refuse to put my membership on hold while I'm out of the country. BUT ARE CHARGING FULL PRICE FOR SERVICES AND BEDS THAT ARE NOT FUNCTIONING! They have broken their contract and are stealing money!

Wasting the customers time because you cannot get your own business information correct is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE possible. Web Site says 9am-7pm. Drove all the way down there, got there at 6pm and they were closed. sign on the door says 10am-6pm. Wasted my time because the website and store do not align. Run your business!

This place has really improved itself. I needed to get tan before a cabo trip. The lady there was awesome. Took care of me and my spouse got us lotions that worked for us (with no pressure) the beds were always super clean. The products were stocked nicely and we especially liked all the hemp products. It was easy to upgrade. Has music and always has towels so you can wipe off after tanning. The place was clean for sure and the customer service I got from Angelina was top notch and amazing. Definitely the place for me.

I was a monthly member in the past. Life got in the way and I decided to let my membership cancel. When I went in to reactivate my membership and start tanning again, a few years later, I was told I would have to pay the $25 membership fee again not to mention the monthly fee! When the gal at the front desk called to ask if I could get my membership fee waived because I was a prior member, the person on the other line said no, but they will be happy to give me 20% off of any product purchased that day. Needless to say I chose not to renew my membership.

As soon as I walked in the staff was great! They were all so friendly and helpful. I purchased a month on unlimited tanning and the prices seemed reasonable. $95 for their "gold" level which included their standup. The place was very clean and I felt comfortable going in barefooted. They do have a wide variety of bronzers and other lotions but they are definately over priced.go online. Overall good experience.

I like its location. The girls are super friendly and always try and help you out. They do try and upsell you products all the time which is understandable but when you say your not interested they should take the hint. Thats their only let down. They have been honest and given me discounts on beds and upgraded as well. As good as my solarium place back home in oz!

I went to this location with my friend as we were going to tan. I knew I had 1 tan left before I went on vacation last summer, however when I went back I was told that I had no tans left. I said "Really? Hm that's weird." The girl told me if I bought a package today I could save 10%. I declined and used one of my friends tans. Today we went to their Los Altos location in Sparks where our friend was working.
I told him what happened and he said "yeah, you actually have one tan left." I was so pissed that I had been lied to. I will not be using this company again, despite their other associates being good. They obviously don't care that their employees lie to make sales.
