I've been going to Gloss for years because it has great hair stylists, products and is convenient. Natalie, In particular, always attends to my hair needs and offers professional advice when it comes to which product works best for me. She's friendly and professional! Booking appointments is easy and the staff are friendly as well.

Second time here for massage therapy. I've been to many different massage therapist over the years. Belle knows her profession well. She listened to all my problem spots and worked out the tension in the muscles to perfection. I feel amazing after the deep tissue massage! Thank you again Belle!

The salon was awesome! So clean & the staff was very friendly and helpful. My esthetician Miranda was amazing! She made my first facial comfortable and relaxing. 10/10 recommend going to her!

I'll give them five stars every time! I've been going to Gloss Salon & Day Spa for years, and after I move to Lincoln I plan on driving down to continue seeing my favorite hair stylist. Quality is great, staff is amazing, they often have deals and sales on products so you can stock up on your favorite brands, and it's relaxing~

A few friends had recommended Gloss to me for a spray tan. My schedule is a little crazy so the weekend time offered was great. I did the upgrade for the Venetian tan. When I left my tan seemed ok but I couldn't tell a difference in my face at all. I figured it might look a little darker after a few hours. I didn't shower for almost the full 8 hours as recommended.

It looked worse once I showered. Very blotchy in areas around my arms, stomach and neck. Im so disappointed as I had heard great things and after paying almost $40 for the spray tan. I will not be returning.

I felt comfortable throughout my entire facial treatment. It was my first time and definitely will not be my last. Services are affordable and leave you feeling amazing. The rooms are very relaxing and the light are dimmed for comfort. My privacy was respected and and everyone was very friendly the entire time. All my questions were answered and never felt rushed or like an inconvenience. Definitely recommend this place and will be back!

This spa has a wonderful atmosphere - very peaceful, friendly, and serene. I had a massage with Thallia and she does really good body work! She got all of the tenseness out of my mid-back and neck and was very receptive to my needs. I highly recommend the hot stones! I also had a facial with Marcia. She is so thorough and included a specialized consultation before and after the service. I am now a big fan of Bioelements moisturizer for my combo skin.

I have had the pleasure of being able to get a massage 3x now from here. My second massage I was paired with Thalia and I loved her so much I booked her for my massage I just had on the 17th and all future ones as well. Thalia was so sweet and I was comfortable and relaxed the entire time. She has made me a monthly client so thank you so much for taking care of me Thalia!

Alli was very professional. She listened to what I wanted in a haircut, offered suggestion and fashioned a perfect haircut for me. I'm thrilled. My hair is thin and she made it look full and fashionable.

I've always gone to Gloss for massages and been extremely pleased with the kind staff, and amazing promotions! However, today was my first time getting my hair done here and I wanted to give a huge shout out to Sarah! She was so kind and welcoming not to mention has some amazing skills! I absolutely am in love in the color she did on my hair. I was so happy that I went to see her, I felt like I made a new friend! Overall this is an amazing one stop shop for all your beauty needs. I'll continue to go here for many more years :

I had come in for an appointment and I was early because I came from work. After waiting past my appointment time i decided I wasnt going to continue to wait. The receptionist, Josie, worked right away & asked another ethenitisist if she had time to take me. She did. It didn't end there Josie gave me a discount and apologized. She handled the situation so well! What a great image for Gloss! Thank you Josie and the young lady who took great care of me. You are a wonderful example of customer service!

Camryn has done a number of facials/ micro dermabrasions for me and she is always cheerful, knowledgeable and great at what she does! I've also had Hailey K. cut/color my hair the last few visits and am pleased with her services as well.

Kaitlyn is super! She's very knowledgeable in skin care and gives a great facial. I love the aroma therapy. Everyone here is really good and friendly!

Josie the receptionist greeted me with a big smile and got me checked in right away. Really made me feel at home. My beautician, Madison was amazing! My cut and color is the best I have ever received. She is very talented, knowledgeable and friendly. I walked in not really knowing what I wanted and walked out looking like I belonged in a magazine! Thank you Gloss for such a wonderful experience.

Don't waste your money. These services were not nearly worth the money. 2 out of three massages were good. None of the facials/manicures or add one were worth the money it costs. This place is severely understaffed and after $1,000 was spent for three Mother's Day gifts the response was "we don't think you are a good fit for us". Well, provide service worth the money and the fit will be much better.

This was my first time going to Gloss and I only needed an eyebrow wax at that tim however, I'll definitely be going back for all my other salon and pay needs! It was clean, busy right when they opened but got in quickly, all of the girls were so friendly! I highly recommend going to Gloss!

Holly gave me the best facial I have EVER had. I've been skincare obsessed & getting facials since I was 18, and I have extremely sensitive skin, so here is my honest review: LGBTQIA+ SAFE! As a queer person I felt 1000% safe and comfortable in this salon and with Holly. She took ample amount of time doing my consultation, and actually listened to my concerns about my sensitive skin, which usually I feel estheticians don't take me seriously about and I end up with rashes or products being used that burn.

Not with Holly at Gloss, I did not have a single issue! Products were soothing, and my skin has never looked better. She gave great product recommendations and explained thoroughly how to use each. She also explained some skin irritations I had and what they were, and how to deal with them. Then there was the facial itself. HOLY RELAXATION. The shoulder/neck, arm/hand massage was AMAZING.

The aromatherapy really helped me relax, and the bed was SO comfortable! On top of all of this, the spa's COVID policies are awesome! Temp check before your appt, and mask required until your facial starts. The spa room was separate from the hair salon so you're not around a ton of people, which is nice. Just do yourself a favor and book a facial with Holly. Your skin and your mental health (hello self-care and relaxation!) will thank you!

First of all I enjoyed the fact that I could go online to the website and book a haircut appointment with up to 3 dates & time slots that were convenient for my schedule. I appreciated getting a call for a new time slot when what I had picked was full and then also getting a text reminder for the appointment. This was my first time at Gloss and I had Halle for my haircut.

I liked the fact that they give out a welcome packet for new customers with a lot of coupons in it for other services and products. Throughout the whole appointment Halle was very nice, kind, pleasant, and an enjoyable person. I showed her a few pictures of the hairstyle and the haircut I was looking for. She made sure to ask me questions as she was doing the haircut and would make sure I was happy with the look and length. I loved the wash and she was perceptive to notice that I have thick and full hair. I would definitely recommend Halle and the salon to friends and family.

I go to Gloss regularly to see Belle for massages and she is wonderful! She has a great personality and really cares about you as a person and how she can help you get the experience you need when you come in. She is great at her job, and I appreciate her personal connection.

I've been going to Gloss forever! Mattie is the best! Color and Cut. She also did my hair for my son's wedding. I can't say enough about her and the rest of the staff. When I walk in they know my name and there is no pressure to do add on's. Very professional and they always have specials. They also have a great point system for their regulars which you can use on product or service. Again can't say enough about this place but especially Mattie!

This is my regular salon and I've been coming here for 12+ yrs for hair so I hate giving a lower rating. But I booked a an essential pedicure from their menu of services thanks to a promotional discount. I don't often treat myself but my feet take a ton of abuse from running and needed their spring prep for flip flops, pool days and fun polish!

I was really excited for a luxury break The pedicure was a 3. It wasn't what I expected I guess based on slightly higher price compared to other places. The chairs need an upgrade, the baths didn't have that massagey mat, the space had 2 elevated seats only with no view, no Tv, no magazines, not even music. My technician was fine, the checkin was fine, it was all just 'fine'. All in all not worth $50 base price so I probably would go somewhere else next time.

I went for the first time last week. My bf got me a gift card there for Christmas. I used it on a reflexology massage and an express pedi. Omg! It was so nice. The staff was nice and super friendly. The girl that did my reflexology, Crystal, was amazing. She was great! My express pedi was fun she did a great job! Perfect for just a quick pedi. Then I decided to get my hair done there a few days later since I had such a good experience the first time.

The girl that colored my hair was amazing! I went in unsure about what color I really wanted so I mention kind of what I wanted and she picked the perfect shade for me! I've been getting a lot of complements on it. I think it will definitely go back. Maybe for a back massage or hot stone!

I have been to this salon a handful of times and generally have had good experiences. I called today to see about fixing a hair color gone wrong. They got me in the same day with Sarah. At first she seemed nice enough and willing to help me. By the end of my appointment I could tell she was very annoyed with having to help me today. She stated she only had time to blow dry my hair with no style.

I said that's fine. While blow drying it she was constantly pulling my hair and yanking at it. Soon enough she gave up drying and said that I could leave now. I left the salon with new color in wet hair. We all know how well that works. not. I had planned on leaving a nice tip for squeezing me in, but instead she got nothing. This was very disappointing because I haven't had anyone be so rude to me at this salon. All in all you're probably okay to go there, but avoid Sarah if you can.

I'm giving 3 stars because I really wanted to like this. I got a spray tan for a wedding over the weekend. The technician was nice and talkative, said she was new. But this spray. it's pretty bad. My legs do not even look sprayed at all. My arms are missing color in certain spots. I requested less color on my face, but my face continued to get sprayed as she was going over my body.

I spray frequently. I'm pretty accustom to what different positions I have to stand in. I don't feel like we got to each of those positions as well as the time spent on each section of my body. The inside of my hands weren't wiped, so my palms are pretty orange (she offered Vaseline for the bottom of my feet but didn't say palms. wasn't sure if I should have used that to prevent this.?) I looked into the mirror before I left, it was hard to tell what was missing and what wasn't because the color develops.

I didn't want to jump the gun. Now I'm back in my hometown frantically calling my old go-to to fix me. Again, I really wanted to like this as I had high hopes. It just missed the mark.

After having difficulties with my first eyelash fill at a different salon, I met Alex at Gloss. She is truly been a miracle worker on my eyelashes for the past few months. She is professional and really cares about her work. She has made my eyelashes look awesome with natural looking extensions. I get many compliments, and no make-up needed! Would highly recommend her!

I definitely enjoyed my day here relaxing. I booked the Mom 2 Be spa package which included a basic pedi, an hour massage, and 1/2 reflexology. Plus I tacked on a facial for good measure. Everyone was super nice which I loved. I was never pressured into buying anything. They fit me on a tight timeline which I really appreciated. I did have to wait about 20 - 30 minutes in between my pedi and massage which I didn't like.

I had family coming over at 6 and I figured 5 hours was plenty of time but I overran that. The gal who did my facial was great! She was awesome and we talked the entire time, I felt super comfortable. The gal who did my massage was awkward, didn't explain things well, and not very personable. She did a great job massaging though. The place was very clean.

Mattie and the staff at Gloss are amazing! I've been going there for ever since I moved to Omaha and wouldn't go anywhere else. Mattie always gives a great haircut and is great to talk to. The receptionists always know my name and always offer me coffee. From a guys perspective I'd certainly recommend Gloss. They have so many other services like massages that I highly recommend.

I went here for a cut/color and left pretty upset. I have curly hair and the women who did my hair just did not to a good job. I have never actually called to request a refund before but in this case, I did because it looked so bad. The returned my email right away and I went in to have Micah look at it and she kindly offered to donate her time to help fix my hair today. The cut already looks better and I appreciate that she did not make me feel like my feelings were unreasonable.

Went in for a spray tan before a wedding. This spot was a convenient location close enough to our hotel and the extended hours were perfect for my schedule. The staff was very friendly and professional. I was escorted to a private room with the technician. She did not leave the room while I undressed. a little different than what I am used to at my usual tanning salon at home.

They did not have the cream to prevent spraying my palms, feet and cuticles as I am used to as well. The technician moved slowly and sprayed air on each area to dry it. Was not the most even spray tan I have had and missed a couple spots but it worked well enough for the wedding. I would go there again in the future.

I was visiting a sorority sister in Omaha in the middle of another round of midwest snow. A trip to Gloss for mani-pedis was her solution to the winter blues. Fantastic spot, very cozy. We had both our manicures and pedicures in private rooms with just the two of us. Service was great and I loved the polish selections they had. I'll definitely return again if I'm in Omaha again!
