I have seeing Jenn Ever for over 16 years and LOVE her! She has incredible talent, skills at coloring my color and her cuts last a long time. Not to mention the fact that she is passionate about her job and is amazing with her clients. She has done my hair for years for style, cuts, blow drying, special events, photo shoots and even my wedding I highly recommend her to anyone who's looking for a wonderful hair stylist that is heart centered and takes pride in her work.

I attended a wedding last Sunday, so I went to this salon the day before. I liked the stylist that assisted me. She really had a good recommendation as to the perfect hair that was best for me. I thanked her because, on the wedding day, I looked stunning.

I saw the reviews on Yelp and decided to give this place a call. I was referred to Jenn and given her number. I told her about my hair and she asked for pictures of my current hair and pictures of my goals. I knew that they might not be realistic, but I told her I was flexible and open to suggestions on tones and levels. She immediately stopped texting me back.

That is such a horrible feeling. If you don't have the skill set to achieve something you should at the very least refer out to someone who does. If you do have the skill set, but do not think it is achievable, you should offer other suggestions on something that is more realistic. The job of a hairstylist is to literally communicate with the client and come up with a plan that both of you agree on.

I was referred to Joanna Hill by an associate of mine and was SO happy with the results of my hair! She truly does amazing work. She was extremely kind and made me feel comfortable, as I had previously had the same hairstylist for 12 years. I felt the salon was extremely clean and that they took every precaution. I plan to book again in the near future!

I had a beauty treatment at this spa last week, and I really can't believe how much better I look. I learned a lot of confidence from the wonderful people who worked on it. As a result, I would recommend you to all of my colleagues.

Been coming to Jeff at Salon Platinum for years. Not only is he an amazing stylist/colorist, the salon is open, airy, SUPER CLEAN! I feel completely safe coming to this salon after lockdown. All of the protocols are in place and still have a relaxing salon experience.

Diana A. cut my hair pixie style and I am sooooo happy with it. She cut it exactly what I wanted and you know it is not really easy to find a hair stylist to cut a cute pixie! Highly recommended!

I've been seeing her for over two or three years (it's been so long) and I can't say enough good things about her! Aside from her skills as a hair stylist she's also a wonderful human. I have been going to MJ (Marci Rodriguez) for over six years now and absolutely LOVE her! She has become a friend who happens to do my hair! MJ is extremely personable and we have a blast every time I'm in the salon! EVERY time I leave my appointment I receive TONS of compliments on my hair color and style. This awesome lady knows what she's doing! Even though I now live in Los Angeles I still commute to Aliso Viejo because I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair!

Love when I pay a hundred dollars for my hair color to completely fade away after 3 washes. not the first time this has happened. It always looks great at first, but doesn't last more than a week. Waste of a lot of money.

Place is clean and nice. People are super helpful. I can't believe I am saying super helpful when I am really bad on using adjectives. Anyways, the owner esp is very nice and helpful. Love this place

So many Talented Hair Stylists! My Go-To girl is Whitney, but everyone here is so nice and they are reasonably priced. The Owners Jeff and Diane are so down to earth and manage such a great Salon. I highly Recommend!

*****5 STARS is not enough! This is a 10 STAR salon filled with 10 STAR people! I have been wanting to leave a review for a while but haven't had the time. First off i got my hair cut at the Aveda salon and this lady completely gave me a lopsided mess. I am active duty and work very late hours. I got out of work at 7 pm and started calling around no one would get me in until I came across this salon.

I walked in at 8 pm and asked if they could squeeze me in. I wasn't pushed away, rather welcomed with open arms! My stylist name is Brittney and she is phenomenal! Personality, knowledge of various types of hair, products and a stylist expert! She is the COMPLETE package! I was traumatized from my recent aveda experience and with each snip of her scissors she cut that out of my mind.

She took her time and worked a miracle on my hair. As a woman there is no better feeling then feeling beautiful and confident! She did that for me, and restored my feeling of beauty. I love her mad skills! Before I forget to mention I have been going back to her for about a year and each time I'm more and more impressed. Each co worker is amazing and treats me and my 6year old son like we are family. Not to mention the owner is amazing, full of great energy and pretty nice to look at :. If you choose to go the this Salon you won't b disappointed!

Love the vibe of this place! Right when I walked in I was greeted by who I later found out was the owner! Jessi, who is my hair stylist did an amazing job! Full blond weave. I highly recommend Jessi! She knows what she is doing! The entire staff seemed to get along and treated each other w respect! I mention this only bc I hv been to salons where you feel the negative vibes and the staff is talking crap on each other!

The owner and the stylists are wonderful and talented here. An overall kick ass team you won't be dissatisfied. Jeff, Jessi, MJ, Sarah, and Jenn have all worked on my hair and they are all incredible artists. Jessi has done my hair most over the years and she is just so amazing. I wish I could put her in my pocket and take her with me wherever I go to do my hair all the time. 3 thumbs up!

Everyone here is completely their own character and I love it. I saw a negative review on here and laughed because I was there there that day and know what actually happened. That person seemed difficult and very contradictory. Also, didn't seem to respect the stylists time as the stylist also had other clients to attend to. She requested a price quote for a kids haircut but brought in her grown daughter.

That particular stylist is usually super busy but her work is great and she's a wonderful person, she's very to the point and maybe the person misread her but The Platinum Team was kind enough to accommodate her and I think it's classy that they didn't respond to the crude review when they had every right to in my opinion. The atmosphere and ambiance are super cool and the layout is spacious with an industrial feel.

There is rad art hung up all around giving the space such a fun, sophisticated, creative, and unique vibe. Overall, I'm always very happy and comfortable when I come to Salon Platinum and everyone else seems to be too :

Go see Brittany! She is amazing. I've been going to her for a couple years now and she always makes my cut and colors phenomenal. She's willing to work around my schedule and takes time to make sure my hair is perfect before I leave. Not to mention, free therapy lol. She's a great listener when you're having a rough day and just want to be pampered! You won't regret going to see Brittany.

Salon is clean open and friendly. I have been going to Joe for many years and get compliments on my hair style and color often. Lots of Art in the space. Ample parking. Friendly professional atmosphere makes it a treat to get pampered at their salon. Super friendly owner. Eyebrow shaping skin and other professional treatments are available there.

I've been to Salon Platinum off and on before. All 3 hairstylists that I've been going to throughout the last 15 years have all worked at this salon at one time or another. That just goes to show how great they are in hiring the best hair stylists! I am very particular with my hair and all 3 hair stylists know exactly what I want and what I need. Alexis Hernandez is the recent addition to their team. I've followed her to several locations and her most recent location is here.

She is outstanding and it's no wonder that she's at the #1 salon in OC! The salon itself is easy to access in Aliso Viejo and it's always stylish, clean and warm. Parking is easy. It doesn't get much better than this!

Love this salon! I'm new to the area and called around to find a new salon and stylist. Jeff was so very welcoming to me as a new client! Amanda Smith is the best! She knows exactly what I want and does a terrific job every time! The salon is huge and very clean. I highly recommend this place.

After bouncing around between a few hair dressers I found Jessi Guenther, who was a referral from my best friend. Like most girls, I had my hair ombre for over five years. For the last two years, Jessi had been maintaining the style and a basic cut (my hair was very long so all I ever really needed was a trim). This last summer, Jessi really showcased her talent on my locks.

We cut 10 off. It was a bold move and I honestly can't believe I'm not missing my long hair AT ALL. The style she gave me fits my look and personality so well. After a few visits of maintaining the shorter 'do, she became vocal and voiced her opinion that I should lighten my dark brown hair. I was so excited that she was taking initiative rather than just tending to my hair as instructed.

I don't feel that many naturally brunette girls can pull off blonde hair but Jessi has worked her magic! I am so happy with the way my color and cut look. I can't imagine trusting anyone else to touch my hair; with that said, I highly recommend the salon and of course Jessi! I adore her!

Jeff Wacker is the most professional, hip, fun, and knowledgable artist of hair I've ever worked with. Very few stylists understand my hair. It's thick, unruly, cowlicks all over the place and notoriously difficult to cut, let alone style. In the past, my only option was a military high & tight. pretty boring. Jeff took my hair by the roots and showed it who was in control.

The end result was a complete redefining of what my hair can do and how I can do it (an education bestowed on me by the Wacker free of charge). Every chance I get, I tell people to check out Salon Platinum!

I had the best experience here. My friend recommended Salvador Santana and I must do the same! I cannot say how wonderful he treated me. I told him I wanted to go darker, but I didn't want to be boring. He worked some kind of magic because my hair looked so polished and glamorous. He also made me feel really important and not just a customer.
