Sloppy Sarah is the worst stylist I've ever been too. It was so bad I had to dispute the charges on my credit card and they gave me a refund. The manager is horrible too. DO NOT GO HERE! They tell lies and damage clothing. ***WARNING**** since I posted this review the Salon is now harassing me via email. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I'm not going to put the girl on blast who cut my hair because she was nice and I feel bad. I will put the blame on management for not training staff enough. I wanted a trim on my grown out bob. I have super fine hair and it typically takes like 30 mins to wash, cut and dry. It took her an hour and 20 mins. I am a licensed cosmetologist and I know as soon as she put the cape on me it was going to be disastrous.
Her hands were shaking and she seemed brand new to the salon, maybe even to doing hair. My hair is super jacked up. Different lengths all over to the point my husband even notices. I specifically said I don't want layers in the front because my hair is thin and layers make it look choppy, which it is now. The salon was nice looking and my shampoo was great, but the haircut is awful. The girl had no clue what she was doing. Would not go again. Thank God hair grows. In 6 months I might have enough length to fix it. somewhere else.

My favorite salon because of the friendly atmosphere and ease of making appointments. The products used are fragranced with essential oils instead of perfumes and the chemicals are less harsh so the overall smell of the salon and experience is more pleasing for someone who may be sensitive to fragrance like I am.

I went for the first time last weekend, I saw Harold for a haircut. Everything about the experience was amazing. Before we started we discussed my hair maintenance and styling habits. Harold customized a haircut that was perfect for me and was super helpful with how I can keep it looking great. During the cut, I had so much fun just chatting that the hour flew by. And my hair has never looked so amazing! My girlfriend got her hair cut by Savannah at the same time and was also very happy with her experience and looks amazing .
