Never updated Google hours. So I drove over an hour to find out they're closed. It's 3:05 closed not open to the public and closed at 3:00. Google says closes at 4:30 nothing mentioned they closed the store front Reply to comment below I am a licensed professional and I shouldn't have to call ahead when your google profile says your open for business.
I was there and walked up to your the store was dark. If you can reply to Google reviews that means you can also adjust your store hours and put that your curbside only. As a customer I also shouldn't be lectured by one of your employees and asked if I go around doing this to other businesses when I called. The answer is no I do not. I actually believe your my only 1 star review.
Yes I drove nearly 2 hrs to come to your store to find out that your hours were incorrect which there is no excuse. To then give you a second chance by calling today to get a another negative experience. To then see this snarky response on here when I considered to raise my 1 star. If you want a higher rating I want an apology. This is a correct reply to a bad Google review since your lacking the training to do so.
Hi David I apologize for your inconvenience. Unfortunately due to covid our hours have been reduced to deal with the workload at hand. We always strive to give a great experience. Again we apologize we did not change the hours posted on our Google profile to accurately present the correct hours. We'll get right on that. So in the future if you'd like to order from please give us a call and we can have that curbside ready. We offer shipping as well so you don't have to drive as far for your convenience. Again we apologize and hope we can better serve you going forward.
