Lowell Academy opened it's doors in 1933, became incorporated in 1959 and nationally accredited in 1966.

Instructor very rude, called to verify hours and cut off time to get hair dyed, when i go in she did not want to take me due to "closing early" on Friday. Stated that they do not do anymore hair chemicals after 10:30 which they start taking clients at 10:15 when on telephone i was told no more chemicals after 12:00 noon. very upset due to lack of correct information.
