Thanks to Jill I am back to my normal blonde self! Had such a great experience at West Side Hair! Jill gave me exactly what I asked/wanted! Couldn't be happier with how it turned out! Great staff, atmosphere, and service! WILL be going back! Thank you ladies

I really enjoyed this place. Jillian who worked on my hair did an amazing job with my highlights and my haircut. I love the way my hair turned out and she even went above and beyond to style my hair at the end. She is super sweet along with the other workers as well. Ashley is super sweet too and she and Jillian are doing my hair and makeup this Friday for prom. I really recommend this place for everyone!

Jillian has done a great job of taking care of my hair and getting it healthy! She does a great blowout and it lasts 4+ days! She has also curled it beautifully for me as well. She recommended the Redken Bleach Recovery line for my blonde hair and it has made a total difference! I will definitely be back to see her - she's my go to girl!

I started with West Side at the old building, have always always had amazing stylists! As of now I see Kayla, she is amazing and talented a.d certainly going places! (Tell her I sent you! ) all the stylists there now are phenomenal so get there next time ur in need of hair help!

Jillian is one of the best hairstylist she's done my hair a couple times and every time it comes out amazing.

My younger cousin went in to get RED HAIR and it faded/ looked pink legit the first dayyyy someone make it make sense 400+ for it to fade a huge scam if im honest then she went back for them to" fix it "and they used a glaze like what why not just use straight red dye im not a professional but that never made sense it looks orange and different tones of red orange all over a whole mess for alot of money HOW DO U MESS UP RED HAIR?

I have been a client of Westside's for nearly two decades. I've never really been particular with who did my color and cut because I trusted them all, though over the past several years I mainly saw one stylist who always exceeded my expectations. When she moved onto another opportunity I never doubted that Westside would continue to give me the service and style I always loved. Kayla did my hair and eyebrows today for the first time and I was blown away.

She did a phenomenal job. I hadn't had my hair done since November and I felt like a new woman walking out of the salon, with the same confidence I have always had leaving there. Thank you to all of the staff at Westside for your perseverance, customer service, and love of what you do.

I recently had my hair colored and cut by Kayla and was very pleased with my experience! I had not met Kayla before and I admit I was a little nervous going to a young level one stylist. Kayla exceeded my expectations and I left with beautiful highlights and a really cute hairstyle which was exactly as described and shown to her in a few pictures. I really couldn't be happier with my appoinment. Everyone at Westside is warm and friendly and I always leave there happy!

I received hair and make up services for my wedding that was on October 10, 2020. I could not have been any happier with how it came out! Courtney was amazing and really got the look I was going for! I felt absolutely beautiful at my wedding thanks to Westside. Also, Ashley was wonderful with accommodating the services for my mom and I!

On my first visit with Courtney, I wanted a drastic change. From medium length hair to super short and a darker I color. I brought a picture and Courtney did an amazing job! She cut my hair EXACTLY as I wanted and did a beautiful job with the color and highlights. I love it! And I've gotten tons of compliments on the new look. So happy!

I don't get my haircut often, I had really long hair and wanted a change. Kelsey really took her time to talk with me and figure out what I wanted. I couldn't be happier with my hair, it felt great walking out of the salon and a week later I still feel amazing! The Salon was clean and they followed the guidelines for Covid. I set up another Appointment for February which I've never gone to the same place twice for my hair before! I'm happy with their service!

From the minute you walk in the place feels like a serene oasis. Everyone there is sooo nice and helpful. My stylist listened to not only me but my hair. Carey learned more about my hair in 10 minutes than I did in my whole life haha. She took into account my hairstyle and texture and advised me on everything she was doing. She did exactly what I wanted plus more. She was wonderful I will definitely be coming back!

I've been going to Westside for years. It is beautiful. The experience is relaxing. I always feel welcomed. But the main thing is that my hair always looks great when Ashley is done. This time particularly, I needed instructions on how to "do " it. Ashley walked me through step by step. I am so grateful. Love these girls.

Do not recommend for lightening (bleach) services. Had 2 bad experiences, my hair was fried and my roots a completely different color than my ends both times. They give a great cut though.

I can't say anything bad about the salon or the incredible people that work there. I have been a customer for the better part of 10 years and my hair has thanked me for it. The reason that I am leaving the salon is the price. It seems to be that every fall the prices increase by 30-40 for services like color, highlights, up-dos and there are additional extra charges.

Like for example, extra color, extra bonder, extra glaze, extra blow dry, extra curls. Oh, and extra to dispose of the salons bottles. Honestly, I understand inflation, but after speaking to colleagues, friend and neighbors, I was paying about $70 more than every one else for the same services at salons around Warren County. That's too much when I go 6x a year for my highlights and a cut.

I actually tried a new place and got the same services for $80 less and I LOVE my hair. So, sorry Westside. You guys are really talented, but I can't be ripped off in your salon. I work hard for my money, and I want to keep as much as I can.

Trying to drastically change my hair but I want to do it in a way that will not damage my hair. I went and had Casondra do my hair and she did such an amazing job. It's so soft and shiny and healthy and now i'm going back in two months for my super drastic change and I can't wait.

I absolutely love Westside! I have been going to Ashley T for a few years now and she is amazing at what she does and is the only person I trust with my hair. Would definitely recommend her!

I just moved to the area and needed to get a color change. I posted in my review the picture I showed Courtney C. of what I wanted. She took the time to answer any questions I had and always checked to make sure I was comfortable. As you can see from the picture I posted of how my hair turned out, she nailed it. I couldn't be more happy with my hair refresh and best of all, my hair feels healthy even though I had it bleached. I did take one star off because I felt like there was a lot of product pushing throughout and after my appointment but overall very happy with how my hair turned out!

This place has the best customer service and atmosphere! The salon is newly remodeled and beautiful! The staff is very accommodating and friendly. I've been going here for years and I've never been disappointed with any cut or color I've gotten. All of the stylists are amazing and highly skilled. Highly recommend!

I've updated my review and it's simply because of cost. I had my 10 year old get a dry cut, she hates getting her hair washed at salons. Her hair is chin length. I was charged $40 for the cut. When I questioned the amount I was told, "we're a professional salon and dont have children's pricing." This was after I spent $140 (without tip included) for my color, few foils and a cut.

I have short hair and I cannot get out of the salon for under 140. While I love the girl who does my hair I'll be looking elsewhere. Sorry Westside. I'll be going elsewhere.

Trust me. You won't regret trying this salon out! Not only is everyone super friendly (and they've got great hair!) but they totally know their stuff. Cassondra is an amazing stylist, making a point to always do what's best for my hair. I come away from each and every appointment looking my best, with soft, healthy hair that looks and feels great! If you're worried about cost, don't be. Prices are reasonable and they tend to have fun specials that keep the cost down.

Ashley was awesome. She gave me a great haircut and I made a follow-up appointment immediately. The salon itself is lovely. The decor is modern and clean feeling. Also, the music was fresh, which matters a lot to me. Emily, the receptionist, was so sweet and helpful. I felt very comfortable right away and I highly recommend this salon.

Casondra is the best. She takes the time to fully explain what she thinks would be best for my hair. I appreciate her "take charge" personality as she has gotten me to try new things that I ended up loving.

Pretty disappointed at their lack of care. I made an appointment to color match my hair piece and left looking worse than when I arrived. I'm blonde and my hair piece is blonde but I left with a reddish color. The stylist said it would take a few months to color correct it so until then I couldn't wear my hair piece. I emailed the salon and asked them to please fix and the reply was not what I expected.

I then called another salon in town and not only did they correct what she did, they perfectly matched the hair color and the health of my hair is great because of some conditioning treatment the other salon offered. So fixing this was possible at at half the cost from what I paid at this salon. I will never go back nor will I ever refer anyone here. What a complete waste of $200!

Emma was great! I am new to town & tried Westside Hair. Emma took time to listen to what I wanted for my hair cut & highlights. She did an amazing job, paid attention to detail and was so friendly! Highly recommend this salon! So happy I the salon & Emma!

Great haircut, clean and chic salon area, very reasonable prices. Was offered a beverage upon arriving, which was a nice touch. All of the staff (from the receptionist to my own stylist to stylists I passed in the hallway) were friendly and greeted me. Would absolutely recommend!

Nothing but good things to say. From cut to color I never had a complaint. While I am a regular client of one of the senior stylists, I was always satisfied with the service of other stylists who subbed when my schedule conflicted with hers. Great management. Staff at top of their skills and on trend.

I just moved to the area and I found this salon on yelp. I decided to give it a shot and I'm so glad I did. I always had bad luck with salons, either they chop my hair off or make the highlights yellow. My first visit at Westside was amazing, I had cut and color done and I loved it. They even accomodated my 3 yr old and 1 year old for their first hair cuts. Just went back for my second visit to the salon and I had the same great experience. I would like to preface this with the fact I never write reviews but on this occasion I am. This was my first visit to this salon and my experience could not have been better. Ashley my stylist listened to my concerns and gave her input. I never felt pressured to have extra processes done that day and my haircut was amazing! The other thing I appreciated was the fact she did not talk to much just enough I felt like she was giving my hair her undivided attention that means the world to me.

Love this place! Very friendly and welcoming staff. Great haircuts and good prices. Only downside is they try to sell the products they sell.every time.

It is always a positive and pleasant experience at Westside. From the moment you're greeted to the second you walk out. Courtney is the "queen" of color - always an amazing job!
