Services
Our haircuts are designed specifically to each client depending on their lifestyle. We greet every guest with a complimentary consultation to define their needs, their service price and a path to creating beautiful hair that can be achieved every day. The price differential is a reflection of the service provider's experience and the characteristics of the client's hair. We understand that hair color can amplify the beauty of our clients. All of our stylists are trained in advanced hair coloring techniques.
Our licensed estheticians will renew your skin with a customized facial suited for your skin type. Their expertise will support the treatment of any specific conditions, leaving you radiant from the inside out. Our massage therapists will design treatments suited for each individual. A consultation will help define the best massage technique for you.
Rituals Salon-Spa conducts advanced haircutting and hair chemical treatment training for our junior stylists under the direction of a Master Stylist Educator. If you are interested in being a hair model, please complete the application below. We will make every effort to contact you when a model with your hair type is needed.
At Rituals, we want the best part of your career to begin here. We understand that this change in your path is exciting but can come with a lot of anxiety. My husband and I love Rituals Salon & Spa. What brings us here is ALLA. She is the best Esthetician we have ever been to, and we will follow her anywhere. We go regularly for eyebrow waxing and leg waxing (me). My husband's had a facial or two. We've never had an issue with any service. Alla is not just our Esthetician. We've known Alla now for a few years and think of her as a special friend.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality Elizabeth did a fantastic job; very natural looking highlights! I have seen the same stylist for 4 years; I was in a pinch visiting home from out of town and Elizabeth did my highlights perfectly! I'd recommend her to friends and family! I'm giving 5 stars because from the moment I walked in I was greeted and pleasantly welcomed by every staff member I encountered. Each person I spoke to throughout my visit was extremely friendly and made me feel safe being there. Before my first visit, I saw the work of a handful of stylists on Instagram and was impressed. I only needed a trim, so when they suggested an "artist" level stylist I didn't question it.
I just had a baby a few months ago and was mostly excited for someone else to dry and style my hair for me! My stylist held a great conversation and was very nice; however, she noticeably lacked confidence in her abilities and it unfortunately showed in her work. My cut is uneven and the layers are not blended. She attempted to curl my hair with a round brush while blow drying it and it was left damp and in knots- I couldn't even run my fingers through it when I got to my car. Needless to say, as soon as I got home I ended up re-washing and doing my hair myself and have made another appointment elsewhere today to fix the cut. Disappointed to spend the money twice.
As previously stated, the salon itself was great and I was impressed with almost every other stylist's work that I saw there. I would be willing to go back and give a second chance with a different stylist. **UPDATE: very shortly after leaving this review I received a call from the salon offering me a complimentary re-do with a senior stylist. While I have already committed to an appointment elsewhere, I am grateful at how soon they reached out to make the situation right!

Cameron was the first stylist I trusted to color my hair! She took her time to listen to all of my concerns and made sure to give me exactly what I wanted. I had a full highlight done with a root smudge and toner. This was definitely a long process, but she took her time to make it perfect. I appreciate her dedication to me as a 22 year old client, the end result was outstanding. I couldn't be happier!

I had never been here before. I called this morning hoping for an appointment within a week. Because of some cancellations they were able to work me in within an hour! Noel was fantastic! She gave me her honest opinion when I asked for a hair style. She asked me questions about my hair routine and suggested a different style that would fit my life style a little better.
I am so happy she gave her opinion and realistic expectations for the style I was asking for. She was very nice, caring and had my best interest at heart! Already made an appointment to come back!

I visited the salon on 05/03/19 for a haircut and custom color service. I'm not going to state the name of the stylist I saw, because I did enjoy her company. Unfortunately for me, I didn't receive the service I expected. Being a licensed hairdresser myself, I am familiar with expectations vs reality when you show your stylist photos of what you'd like your hair to look like.
I understand that in some cases, it can take multiple sessions for hair to become what you envision the end result to be. My stylist was confident (seemingly so) that she could get my hair to where I wanted it to be in the two hour appointment window she scheduled for us three weeks in advance when I first came in for my consultation. Three and a half hours later, my hair was cut way shorter than discussed, and I had (what looks like) an all over "dark brown" color along with some splotchy silver/orange highlights.
This was so far from the grey/purple toned hair I was going for. I paid $246 dollars for the service (tipping the stylist in cash), and felt optimistic driving home. I thought: "maybe once I wash it and style it myself the cut will at least be manageable until it grows out." I was wrong. After getting home and putting my hands in it, I realized that not only would this take months to grow to an acceptable length, I'd not have to deal with unevenness as well.
I wrote my first email to Rituals on 05/04/19 to express my disappointment, and then, and only then, was introduced to their "policy". Alison Harlow - the salon's "education director" insisted that I come back to the salon so that they were able to evaluate the color of my hair. I had expressed in my email that my hair was too short to fix, and that I did not want to step foot back into the salon given how ugly I feel about the current condition of my hair.
I sent multiple photo's of the style/color I received (included in the review), along with the photo's of the style/color I wanted(also included), and thought that would suffice. Alison continued to insist that I come back in despite my worries and embarrassment; continuing to hide behind a policy that the consumer doesn't get to see until there's an issue.
She (Alison) also claimed that she was "confident" that she could "fix" my color.well, my question is: Why would you want to put a pretty color over a haircut you hate? Why would you want to damage your hair further when you're trying to grow it out? The conversation ended with an offer of $60 for the haircut, and no additional compensation for the color service I was completely dissatisfied with. All I can do now is hope that this doesn't happen to anyone else, and wait for my hair to grow back.
