Aweful service by Patricia came in once will never use this salon again. There may be other good hair techs that work there but because of my experience with one I will never come in or recommend this salon to anyone.

Tia did such an amazing job transforming my hair into something incredible. The salon is beautifully decorated and I've only had great experiences there.

I highly recommend reflections! Patricia Laughlin did my hair and it is perfect. She kept the integrity of my hair and made me feel so pretty. The stylist and owners made me feel so welcome and we're delightfully fun and the whole Atmosphere was upbeat and professional. Such a sweet gem of a salon. Don't miss out go check reflection s out!

I cheated on my hairdresser for the first time in 14 years with Patricia and I'm so happy that I did! She did such a wonderful job! And she did in one appointment what I had been trying to achieve for a year and a half! I also bought some of the Redken products that she recommended, which I rarely ever give into, and I'm so glad that I did! My hair feels so healthy!

SHE CUT 8 INCHES OF MY HAIR LENGTH OFF WITHOUT PERMISSION! I ONLY ASKED FOR COLORING/Highlights! I showed the lady a picture she said "no problem at all we can get that done today" after mixing her solutions for my hair she proceeded to cut off 8 INCHES of MY hair because she said "it's too long for me to deal with" which is extremely unprofessional to say the least not to mention the fact that my hair is not that long, it's butt length. and now only just below my shoulders! shouldn't be too hard for a professional to work with right?!? Or so you'd think. And to top it off she did NOT get even close to the picture I showed her.

After having moved to Eugene in the fall during the pandemic, I had been cutting my own hair and was overdue for a clean professional cut. Found Reflections Salon on Yelp and was impressed by the photos and reviews over other local spots. Making an appointment was easy and I was in a chair within a week - could have been earlier if my schedule had allowed.

My appointment was schedule for 9 am and at that time, there was ample free street parking. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming in a cute little cottage. As a new client I had no idea of what to expect or who to book with so I went with whomever the receptionist picked, which turnout to be Grace. She did a great job with a wash, cut and style and I will definitely eat back to see her again.

She was attentive to detail, took her time and was highly personable and sweet. I have yet to curl and style it but the wash and straight blow out feels great and I am pleased to have it all cleaned up again. On top of that the price was super reasonable at $35.00! Thanks Reflections and Grace - you're a gem.

Unfortunately I am not able to comment on the service's quality as I was unable to get in. I made an appointment on the 24th to be seen on the 22nd at 4pm. 8 days later (day of my appointment) just 2 hours before my appointment they call me to tell me that Patricia was accidentally double booked, and I was offered either 2:30 that day (when I work in drain from 8-3pm and live up here in Eugene) or 5pm the next day (Friday).

I chose 5pm. Then, a half an hour later the salon calls me AGAIN to reschedule because that time was also already booked. I was offered an 8am or a 9am appointment for the next day (Saturday, today). I woke up a little late and got to the salon by 9:15. They then told me that they again, wouldn't be able to do my hair because Patricia had a client right after me. I hear good things about the work at the salon and am saddened that I will not be experiencing it myself.

Absolutely awesome place! The staff are all extremely friendly, they ask questions to ensure you're getting exactly what you want, all in all a fantastic experience. Ta'lor is the most patient and friendly person ever! I will follow her anywhere she goes. I came in to change my hair color from red to platinum blonde and after one light bleach wash at home I came in with my hair fried and orange. Ta'lor really took the time to put TLC back in to my hair and gave me the sexiest hair cut/color ever. I left there feeling so confident! I'm definitely only ever using her for my blond maintenance.

I bought my 14 yr old daughter her 1st professional haircut for Christmas. She had long hair but wanted a pixie bob, so I wanted to take her somewhere that she would have fun, and would get a good cut since it was something so different than what she'd ever had before. We chose Ta'lor since she had experience with cutting pixie bobs. She did an excellent job!

The whole experience was a great one, and my daughter's hair turned out perfect, exactly what she wanted. The shop was cozy and cute, and everyone we came across was pleasant. We'll definitely go again.

Reflections has the best staff and atmosphere by far. Daniel and Vicky are exceptional! I will never go anywhere else! Love you guys!

Reflections is, hands down, the very best salon in Lane County. From cut & color perfection to the best braids on the planet (and everything in between), there's no place even comparable to Reflections! Emily is my favorite (she braids my hair twice a week!) and she also does a fantastic cut, color & style. I don't know what I'd do without her!

I have been seeing Nathalie for a couple of years for my hair needs. I have never been disappointed with her work. Love my hair every time I come out of the hair salon. She does not let me go home until perfection has been accomplished. I can't give enough compliments about her work. Thank Nathalie! One grateful costumer here!

I am the worst type of person that could walk into a salon. I never really know what I want and often times think I want something permanent that I will actually want to completely change.like a month later. But Reflections Salon did not even blink at this challenge. They explained my options to me and helped me find a hair color that I love and because of their experience and knowledge they were able to totally change my look again to something completely different which I still adore.

Plus they were so professional and made my appointment feel so therapeutic. As a curly haired person I have to say my curls have been cut to perfection. I cannot say enough good things about this salon. I will never go else where. Reflections salon is my salon for life!

Sipped on a mimosa while I spent time with the girls! It really feels like you're just hanging out with your girls and getting pampered! This was the first time I have ever dyed my hair and Haley was so helpful! She answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable! I will absolutely return and I highly recommend!

Jenny has been styling and coloring my hair for over 20 years. She is the BEST ever! Ever woman has little issues that they want their stylist to help them with. Jenny listens and knows how to style different types of hair and she does a wonderful job with getting the color just right. Relections is a top notch Salon, relaxed but professional. All of the people that work their seem like family to each other and to their clients. Jenny treats me like a queen and it feels so nice to get that attention from her!

I've been going to Reflections Salon for about three years now, and I'm always very happy with every aspect of the experience. Even though it's a half hour drive from my house, it's totally worth going out of my way for a consistently great cut and wonderful service. I see Vicki, the salon owner, for my thick, coarse, wavy hair, and she's a genius.

I end up with a perfect cut that can be left to dry naturally into perfect ringlets or can be blow-dried straight and shiny. The salon itself is charming and lovely, the staff are wonderful, and the products are top quality. Highly recommended!

This salon is the gold standard! They love making you beautiful! Debbie is my favorite but everyone is so warm and friendly I would go to them all! The 1905 historic home is charming. A relaxing afternoon awaits me today. Ahhhh.

Ok I just have to say. I love this place. Everyone has been so accommodating and nice to my family. The other day I sent my mom in to Ali(the sweetest girl ever) and she asked my mom what kind of music she liked(Michael buble of course) and Ali put it on for her. It had been on something more fun hip hop(what I'd prefer) but Ali recognized that my mom prob didn't like that and changed it.

It just seems like the people at reflections are always going above to please. Clinton gave my little boy a awesome short fade cut that we asked for but added a little flair to make it seem even cooler. My little guy now always has to have his "ziggle" (a cool little z design behind his ear) and refuses to go to anyone else.

I've been going here for years and am comfortable with any of their stylists doing my hair and 100% trust whatever they think is best for my look. Haley, who is new just colored my hair and I was more than impressed especially because she is new! Best salon ever. I would NEVER go anywhere else, they make me feel like family and the free mimosa is a plus!

What an awful place! I made an appointment to have my hair colored. I wanted to keep my long hair and communicated how important it was for me to keep my hair long. It was down to about my elbows. Was. She decided that it would look better shorter length and cut it off at my shoulders! Did not even ask me! Talk about BS! It's also a snooty vibe where they act like they are better than everyone else!

Wonderful-Monica did an amazing job on my brows-the salon is beautiful. Very friendly people-I would encourage anyone who's looking for a salon to make an appointment.

How does this not have any reviews yet? It's so great! The reason I went was because I literally heard about this place over and over. I had to check it out. I started coming here when I was in college, and have come probably once every 6 mos-1.5 years since - whenever I can make time now that I don't live in Eugene anymore. Its a pretty great experience.

They have great designers and colorists, and on the website you can check out the stylists and see get a feel for personalities and experience. The atmosphere is fun and engaging. You can tell the team really loves working with each other, and they're just a pleasure to be around. Also, the atmosphere in the salon is very warm and inviting. Personally, I've gone to Clinton - who is just amazing - but have had friends go with other stylists and they've also had really awesome experiences.

Pamper, pleasure and perfection are some of the best ways I can explain this salon! I have been a client of this salon for 10 years and every time I leave the salon, I feel awesome! In 2006, I relocated to San Diego, CA and although I am sure I could find a qualified salon in my area, I have chosen not to do so. I still fly to Oregon and make my way to little old Coburg to have them work their magic and every time I leave feeling and looking like a million bucks!

I have referred my mother, aunt, best friends and co-workers, all of whom still reside in the area and are all clients of the salon to this day! I would not recommend this salon to my worst enemy! I will save my story, as it would be too long to type and it is full of drama, but I had to review this salon in hope of saving someone else from my misery. I have tried two stylists here. One is completely unqualified, unprofessional and perhaps might still think she is working in beauty school by the way that she acts.

The other claims she is the 'master of color' but somehow each time I left her chair, I was more and more disappointed. Not only are the stylists incapable of doing professional work, but the owners do not take accountability for their employees. Bottom line is. DO NOT GO HERE! Especially if you are not naturally blonde, but color your hair blonde. The two stylists I went to had no idea how to work in blonde color and desperately need to continue their educations.
