Capello Salon

Unfortunately my hair was not highlighted like I would have liked - the stylist, albeit very nice, was rather new and turned my hair pink. Which I get happens. But then she still charged me for the pinkish highlights, and when she offered to try to fix them and I came back, I still had to pay for the fix. In my experience, when you mess something up, you don't charge the client.

I could see maybe paying for the fix once it was done right. That left a bad taste in my mouth and I decided not to go back to that salon. I'm sure many of their stylists are great. But I was not happy with the experience.

Debbie was and consistently is amazing! I feel beautiful every time i leave here. Debbie is sweet and fun and extremely talented. Highly recommend.

Javier and his staff are just wonderful. I have been their customer for over 5 years and I have always gotten the best quality of care with great value and a professional but "family" feeling!

What a relief to finally find a relaxing salon with a stylist who is friendly, really listens to what I am looking for and understood the pixie style I wanted! Hurray! This was the third haircut I had since moving to the area. First two haircuts in another place (with different stylist each time) were not worth returning. This salon is great. They took their time and did it right.

The stylist really got the haircut right. The color came out very nice, but next time, hopefully, will go a lighter shade. The salon is beautifully decorated and super clean. It has a light airy ambiance. I really like this place.

I love coming to Capello Salon! I see Heather and she is awesome! She listens to what you want and runs with it. I typically get partial highlights and a trim. Wash and style obviously included in the price. My coloring typically lasts 8 weeks The salon itself is nice, it's on Mills Ave. in one of the cutest houses turned to business. The waiting area is comfortable and everything else is clean.

Being a military family we don't trust just anyone with haircuts due to the specific haircut standards! Debbie at Capello was amazing! I would highly recommend to her to anyone looking for the best haircut in town. Debbie was very profesional and did exactly what we asked her for and above! After his haircut my husband stated that by far this was the best haircut he ever gotten. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the upstate.

I moved to SC almost 6 years ago and never had a good hair experience until I came to Capello and met Jamie. Fantastic cut, fixed my highlights, and one of the quickest hair appointments I've ever had! I'll definitely be back!

The owner is super rude and did a terrible job cutting hair. He also lied to me on the phone, telling me it was $25 for a cut and shave and when I come in he asked me for $65. A truly dirty business owner.

Capello Salon is a wonderful location to get your hair/make up done for any special occasion. I was looking for a salon that could do hair/makeup for my wedding day in Greenville. I am not from the Upstate area, so I had to base who/what vendor to book solely off reviews and recommendations. I booked Capello without ever stepping foot in the salon itself.

When I drove down for my hair/make up trial, I was pleasantly surprised with how beautiful this little salon is. The staff is incredibly helpful, talented, and wanted to make my day extra special. Andrea, my stylist, was a hoot and so good! I had so much fun talking and working with her between the trial and my wedding day. The entire salon was so accommodating as we had the entire wedding party in their main room for most of the morning on a Saturday!

I probably annoyed Andrea because I really had no direction with what I wanted but she created such a beautiful finished product (both makeup and hair!) She was so fun to work with and I enjoyed every minute being in her chair.

I took my 2.5 year old here to get her hair trimmed for the first time. It was a great experience all around. I know that they aren't a kid specific hair salon, but from the check in to the check out, the experience was great. They took time to speak with my daughter and get comfortable with her before sitting her up in the chair and getting started.
