Heatwave Tanning

Don't waste your time and money. I've used this place on and off for several years and have been disappointed several times. I've purchased several different packages, used many different beds and bought lotions. lots of experience with this place. The girls that work there I believe try to serve their customers, but they are very limited, by the owner, on what they can and cannot do.

Between broken down beds, multiple dead bulbs in working beds that apparently takes a while to replace, high prices, old beds, and a lack of reasonable service from the owner has me calling it quits for good. I recently purchased a month, tanned twice in four days, got disappointed, left and haven't been back. Don't believe me? Give them a try for a month, then try a place in Owasso or BA; you'll see the difference.

Best tanning beds in the Claremore area. The girls always give you professional, helpful, and friendly customer service. I look forward to the tanning specials and packages they offer seasonally. Well worth the money, which in my opinion isn't overly expensive.

HeatWave Tanning provides many options when it comes to beds, packages, lotions, etc. Heatwave Tanning offers services and products that no other tanning salon in Claremore in Claremore offers. Staff is knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Any concerns I have had have always been answered promptly and throughly. I would not tan anywhere else and you should not either. Go see their 10 and 12 minute beds. They are excellent!

Customer service is awesome. Love the red light therapy bed. Great for pain since it oxidizes the blood, helps with skin, builds collagen, reduces wrinkles, lifts mood, helps ease pain. Between the tanning which boosts vit. D3 and the red light I leave feeling relaxed, stronger and refreshed.

This place is the literal WORST. Their prices are astronomical. 3 out of 4 desk girls are shockingly rude. I know an individual personally who worked there & said the owner was degrading & snarky. They absolutely will not work with you. it's just 100% crazy to waste your time here when you could drive a mile & have unlimited tanning at Planet Fitness Claremore for $20/month. Heatwave's CHEAPEST plan is twice that. Just don't go here. NOT worth it.

Tanning beds are always broke, have been broke for a year. You pay for the upgrade but cannot use the upgraded bed because it's broke. Owners should allow customers to use other upgrade of bed if theirs is broken.

Friendly service. You do have to fill out a questionnaire to determine how long you can tan. I was allowed 8 mins but in a return visit I can do the full 12, that's the bed I selected. In fairness it seems like this place wants people to responsibly tan.

Dear Google, driving past a place and going there are two different things. I was not there. I would not intentionally go to a tanning place. I don't believe that tanning beds are healthy options for you or your skin.
