At the end of 2020 we all hoped to leave confusing times behind and look toward a more clear and certain future. We came out of the rabbit hole, so to speak, with the debris of loss as well as a fresh. We care for the world we live in every day, but for us at Panache, an Aveda Salon, April is the festival of environmental love known as Earth Month. This April, we joyfully give back to our community.

Touch-up at regrowth: Hair color is hand-painted only on to the regrowth to cover gray or alter your natural root color. Full color scalp to end: Hair color is painted onto the hair from root to tip to alter existing color. Half head highlight over retouch: Hair color is painted on to the hair, then highlights are placed from bang area to slightly below crown and on the sides of the head. I received services from Megan Leigh for a balayage. She performed my balayage around a year ago and it was fine. This time, my balayage was not to my satisfaction. Brassy orange with the strand right in front of my face. I didn't take a good look until I got home and saw it close up in the mirror. The whole weekend multiple people asked me what's wrong with my hair.
I reached out to the stylist and she said "I apologize, I can try to fix it". And she asked me not to contact her directly and to contact the store. I did just that. I reached out to the store and the head of customer service, Pat, called me back. I asked if the stylist felt comfortable fixing it or if she recommended someone else (the stylist herself said she would send me to someone else). Pat said she would ask and call me back. Pat called back and said only Megan would fix it.
When I asked if she felt comfortable, Pat said that "no she did not feel comfortable doing it". I asked if someone else would in the salon and she said "no". So I asked her what she recommends in this situation and she said "you can find another salon. Don't come back here again". I asked if I can speak to the owner and she said the owner asked her to call me and "no". She proceeded to hang up on me in the middle of my sentence. I at least give them credit for refunding some of the charges.

I had an amazing experience with them. They made my hair (Dorina) and make up (Emilia)for my wedding day. They treated me like a princess, and both of them are so talented nice and friendly. My first time getting my hair cut and colored there was fantastic. Everything from the serenity room, being greeted, the entire experience was amazing. Stormy cut my hair and colored it. She did a fantastic job. Listened to me and made a few suggestions. Glad I listened to her. My hair turned out great. Thanks Stormy! Hope to see you soon.

Hmm. I'll try to be objective, keeping in mind that I factor more into a salon review than just the haircut. First, the stylist did a great job. My son's cut looks great. It was a pretty simple straightforward cut, nothing fancy and no highlights or layers or anything. The wait was not long. The stylist was not talkative at all, according to my son.
The cost of the cut was $34, and $40 with the tip. So the goal of getting his hair cut was accomplished. Nothing more, nothing less. Will we go back? No, unless like this time, our regular stylist isn't available. The stylist we usually go to charges $15 (which I know is low), so i pay $25 with tip, she is super personable, and she does an amazing job. Perhaps I'm cheap, but I just think $40 for a simple boy's cut is outrageous.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality This was my first time trying out Panache. I was lucky to have the wonderful Amelia as my stylist. She was friendly, professional and did an amazing job guiding me through a new hair cut. The staff there were on time, accommodating and incredibly friendly. I highly recommend the business. This place is like a little piece of heaven. The staff make you feel amazing. It's a relaxing atmosphere and I've never had such warm and friendly, professional service. They make you feel refreshed and feel like a new person when you are done. If you've never had a hydro facial, you absolutely need to treat yourself to one. I love their products too. Angelica has done my nails and she does this to perfection. Mandy did my facial and she is absolutely amazing at this! Love these ladies. Staff there, in general are very sweet and professional.

5-stars for Panache for sure. I was lucky enough to get fit in for a massage yesterday at the last moment within a few hours of calling. Went in feeling sore and had a tension headache I couldn't shake. Left there feeling refreshed. (Almost fell asleep during the massage for that matter.) Truly a great experience! Everyone is always professional and positive. *But that new addition tho. just stellar. Highly recommend to treat yourself.

Aveda product salon, they do not participate in the Aveda reward points program. Upscale salon offering many services. Appointments are recommended, few walk in appointments are usually open. Love my stylist, Sarah! Luxury extras include massage chairs at hair wash station, relaxing room for waiting between services.
