Only place I feel comfortable getting a pedicure. Very clean, fast service and I always end up with beautiful nails.

They were very rude. Passing other people first that came after me before me, offering them water and they just made me feel bad. I've gone there before but definitely won't be coming again. I would expect good service on a Tuesday morning. The guy was in such a hurry to do my nails. Left residue powder all under my nails. Don't recommend.

If you want to feel like you're at the Kentucky Derby and they can't go fast enough this is the place for you. So fast you don't even have time to relax or even feel relaxed. The guy doing man couldn't look at his phone enough and it didn't last for 30 minutes that it was supposed to. Do not recommend this place Service: Pedicures

Very unhappy with my experience here. The woman that did my pedicure Hannah really hurt my toe. Prior to the beginning of the pedicure I told them that I have gel on my toes and that I would like it to be soaked off due to past pedicures at another spas have used the drill bit to remove the gel polish and my toe nails are very thin right now and sensitive.

Instead of doing what I asked, she attempted to cut and peel off my gel polish with cuticle clipper and pinched and pulled my thin toe nail very hard. This date of service was on 2/17/2022, today is 2/20/2022 and my toe still hurts. After this she briefly said sorry and continued through the rest of the pedicure rushed and rough.

Critical: Quality I got a mani and pedi on Monday. The massage was so rough my legs and arms were red. I got shellac manicure and my nails are already chipping. I'm really disappointed with the quality. Would not recommend. Services: Manicures, Pedicures

Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, Value I have been going here for pedicures for years. They do the best! The deluxe pedicure is amazing, they always take their time. And, as it should be, you can tell they always use clean tools. And I never have had to wait! Kim was my nail technician today, I definitely recommend her! I went in yesterday 11/25/2021, I asked for a refill. I wanted black nails with a simple silver line going on the outside of the nails. The nail tech that put the powder on my nails put the powder on so sloppy, he didn't buff them out enough, I had dents in my nails and it was horrible. So I came back in and asked for someone to fix them, one of the gentleman attempted to fix them but they were just to bad.

I also asked for coffin shaped nails as you can see my nails are not coffin shape at all. I paid $77 and it wasn't even worth $20! I asked for a refill so I don't know why I was charged that much and the work from the nail tech was trash! Before you pay the nail techs I would advise you to go outside and take a look at your nails first. My nails look really bad and they are only a day old!

This unacceptable by all means. There's nothing super about my nails that I received or the nail tech that serviced me. Change the name of the business from SUPER nails to SORRY nails

Eric did my nails, and honestly did the best job I have ever seen on my very weird nails. I have nails that grow up, instead of out or down like most normal nails. He put the powder on my nail in a way to make my nails look like they grow more normally. Wendy did my friend's nails, and did them until my friend was satisfied with them. Wendy did not once complain about how my friend had her change them more than once, as my friend did not really know what she wanted. and Wendy did a really good job. Super Nails and Pedi Spa is now our place! We are happy to go back!

They used to be good. Went there for several years, but in the last few months they rushed us through. We always make reservations and one of the two girls would always be about 15 to 20 minutes late starting, but would rush to catch up so that we both were finished at the same time. So I was getting much less time in the chair than my wife. And recently they finished 10 minutes sooner than they should have, if you believe what it says on their menu for the services we paid for.

From the get go the lady up front was rude and rushing us to pick a color. Ben did my nails and did a good job and was friendly but the lady from the front did my daughters nails and she stayed in that rush and the quality or lack of shows it. I have NEVER seen a place let someone leave with polish and gunk around the fingertips and under the nails! Also, the prices have REALLY gone up! We won't be going back again.

I'm so upset! I went in for a broken nail and was told it would be a 45 minute wait. I got my powder but I decided to schedule a appointment. The guy gave me an option so I picked 5:30. Went in at 5:30 and was immediately told they don't do long nailsI immediately told the guy I got them done here. He then rudely says who did them? I tell him Nick.

He tells well nick won't be here until Saturday or Sunday. I ask him can I speak to a manager? Saturday or Sunday u can. Not only am I embarrassed but I'm left with a broken nail that they did!
