Excellent deep-tissue massage by Pavel. I've had dozens of massages and I really liked that he paid attention to my troubled areas and asked about pressure, which he got just right. The other little touches--hot stones, a steamy towel, the heated bed--were all so nice in making the experience enjoyable and memorable. I would definitely recommend him. Last note--the spa has a nice ambience and is clean and fresh which is much appreciated!

My husband and I got a couples massage and it was by far the best massage I've ever had. Becky was my masseuse and she did such an amazing job. We will be coming back, and definitely requesting Becky!

I've had many massages at other companies but this place is my favorite. Brooke is highly recommended & an amazing massage therapist. I came in with lower back pain and left feeling a hundred times better. Very relaxing & comfortable company.

Its always a good experience coming here. Its very peacful. Tge technicians are experienced and formally educated. I highly recommend the cupping treatment. Brought my pain thresgold from a 3-5 to a 2. Going to come back for another treatment soon

I didn't used to like massages and hadn't gotten one in over 10 years when I decided to give them a try again. I got Brooke for my first one, and it was amazing. After going to her, I got coupons for another place and tried there, but they didn't do nearly as good of a job. Brooke is very thorough and considerate. She makes sure it's not too little or too much pressure.

And she even gives me ideas of ways to stretch areas that are tight. Her massages are really the best. I've also come here for facials and have loved those as well. I've had a few different people, and they've all done a great job. In general, they have great customer service, and I like the atmosphere there. It's so relaxing and a nice break from everyday life. I love it.

I loved my experience today. it was so relaxing! My first time going to a spa and it was great! I will definitely be coming back. Everyone there was friendly and made it a great experience.

I absolutely loved this place! It's the first time I've had a massage and Chloe did a great job helping me feel relaxed and things were relaxing. She did a good job working on the problem areas in my back.

This place is amazing. I come here as often as I am able. I've had lots of massages from many different places. I moved up to northern Utah a couple years ago so I had to find a new place to get a massage. I tried many places in Utah county, however as soon as I tried Premier Day Spa I found my new place. Brooke easily gives the best deep tissue massage around. Heads and shoulders over the next best I've tried. I've recommended her to all my family and friends and we all agree she is the best! 10/10 will schedule again, and again, and again.

Excellent deep tissue massage. Elsa did great pressure and warmed up my muscles before putting more pressure on them so it was effective and comfortable. She also paid extra attention to the painful areas I asked her to target where many other massage therapists have not given them the amount of time I'd wanted them to. Really great calming atmosphere. Highly recommended.

The girl who did my pedicure was extremely nice and sweet. I really liked her personality. The environment is very nice. The massage chair is SO NICE. But I do have a compliant. And a bit of a big one. The very sweet girl who did my pedicure never cleaned out under my nails. I asked her to but she didn't have the proper tool to do it and she wasn't familiar with my request. I've had many pedicures in my life and this is a basic and necessary part of cleaning your toes.

I suffer from ingrown nails and I always clean out under my nails and clip the little sharp corners. This has been done for me with every pedicure I've ever had, without asking for it. I've had hundreds of pedicures done in my life in several different states. This wasn't done and I still needed to go home and do it myself. I'm overweight and it's difficult to do this for myself, that is why I paid for it to be done professionally.

I paid premium price for a spa, thinking I would get a better pedicure than the strip mall joints. Plus I expected a foot massage. I got a bit of a small foot rub but I thought it was going to be more of a spa level foot massage. I still gave my girl a $10 tip bc she was so sweet and we had a great conversation. But I feel a bit ripped off thinking I'd be getting a deluxe pedicure and massage.

I will say that the wax they put on your feet to moisturize is amazing! I just wish I would have gotten a better job done for the money. Also the nail polish they put on is now chipping off only three days later.

I called in to specifically request a cranial-sacral session - not a massage. I spoke with the owner, I think her name was Elsa (?), who assured me this was offered and she told me the name of the therapist she would book me in with, with the promise that this therapist was trained in cranial-sacral therapy. I arrived at my appointment, and after 10 minutes on the table, I discovered that the therapist I was paired with had zero training in cranial-sacral.

She was quite embarrassed that the owner effectively lied to me. On top of that, the spa is located under a grocery store and the sound of thumping and banging for the 10 minutes I was on the table was very loud and distracting. If you are reading this review, dear owner, I ask you to please not waste anyone else's time (I drove 1hr and 20 minutes round trip to go the appointment which was over in 10 minutes) by being dishonest about what services you provide.

Oh this place was a delight! I loved every single bit of this experience. My husband and I went for our 1st anniversary and everyone was super nice and attentive. Would definitely love going there again! 10/10

This was my first time going to this Spa. I really enjoyed it. I have not had a massage in years and though I was here to get help with some pain, it was still a great experience. Kenzie was awesome and did everything I asked her to focus on. I will totally be booking another massage soon.

I went here with a gift card my husband had given to me for Christmas! It was a wonderful experience. I got a deep tissue massage and a facial. Everything was amazing and I felt like a million bucks walking out! Staff was friendly and the place was decorated very nicely. I would definitely recommend.

Incredible! My body, mind and soul have been reset. I have only come across 2-3 people in my life who really are truly "healing" massage therapists. Elsa is one of them, and now my new favorite! I'm not sure how she does it, but its like she can read my body. Elsa knows exactly where to touch, and how to heal my aches, stress and how to relax me.

She is in tune with me. She also has very strong hands that allow the pressure I love, while her movements were just so relaxing. Perfect combo! Thank you Elsa Can't wait to come back!

Elsa at Premier really is a one of a kind masseuse. She really knows how to work deep on certain muscles and get you feeling better. If you go to Premiere Day Spa, make sure to ask for Elsa, you will not regret it!

We had a couples massage last weekend. Facility is clean and very calming. We had excellent deep tissue massages. Both therapists were attentive and listened to our needs. We will definitely return for a future massage.

As always a very relaxing experience! Celest is my favorite I get the deep tissue massage and she reaches the deepest levels of muscle tension to release built up toxins.the best! The service was efficient, timely, and very welcoming. The atmosphere is so relaxing and beautiful. I would highly recommend this spa.

Love this place. Kensi is SOO good. The pressure was just right and felt amazing the whole time. It was the best message I've ever had.

I scheduled my daughter the wax service for underarms, lip and eyebrows. Aside from never having done it before, the team was great and very friendly. Great pricing - we scheduled an appt the day before and got in with no issues the next day.

Edit: I called back and they were super accommodating and helpful. Sweet Mauricio was very kind and gave me a re do for the massage and the two therapists were so understanding and attentive. (Not that the other two were horrible, I just wonder if it was an off day for them) it was a super nice experience to have and that they cared to let us do this. Also, turns out the sauna isn't necessarily a cost for them so that's why it wasn't cheaper, I just haven't ever gone to any spa before. only facials till recently.

Highly highly recommend! Original Post: It was. fine. Both therapists were sub par sadly. The one who scheduled it asked if I wanted it with or without the sauna option so I said without not thinking and assuming it would be less expensive, I was wrong at check out. It was just kind of a bummer because we both had never gotten massages before. I don't think we'll be coming back.

Great environment for a couples message. My husband and I enjoyed the privacy of the sauna and the experience of our massages. The checking in process was a little awkward, and weren't really well directed when it came to transitioning from the sauna to our massage. But besides that, we enjoyed the experience and would go back.

Excellent massage. I love hard pressure, and my masseuse was amazing. The sore feeling I get after a massage is an indicator of a great service. I hate when masseuses don't try, or get tired in the middle and start telling you they will "relax" you. But, here they don't do that. I don't remember who I had, but bravo. I don't recommend the body wrap though.

It was not very good, and I could hear some outside noise while I was wrapped. I felt hot and claustrophobic, and it just felt like the lady was gently spreading scrub on me, but not actually scrubbing hard with it. The shower is dark, so be careful when washing without glasses on. If they were to renovate the area, I would consider putting lighting in the showers. Also, they do not have hair dryers, so bring your own. Fortunately, I brought mine.

I was a little confused at the beginning, the greeting was kinda weird. I came for a pedicure, not a massage, so I felt kinda brushed off and unimportant, I was ushered to the waiting room (which was beautiful btw) and I didn't even know if they notified whomever was suppose to get me. A little later, I was asked if I'd like some water, and told Monica would be with me soon.

My feet are still a little rough and not as soft. But, to be fair, I'm quite ticklish and I think she didn't want to cause too much discomfort. But, Monica was super friendly, everything felt really nice! I messed up the polish trying to rush out of their, I would have like to sit a while longer to dry. I think I would go back, all in all a good experience.

Best massage I've ever had. This place deserves all the stars! I got the "signature massage" and my massage therapist was named Renee. Seriously felt so good, coming back here next time I can justify getting a massage again. :P Also massage aside, they give you free snacks and water bottles and have great magazines to read, so you can't lose with a place like that.
