I was suppose to get an acne facial and she told me a diamond tone or something would be better for me after I explained my wants out of this session. I wanted as many extractions as I could get.(what I usually get and what's been helping my skin) that's why I scheduled for an acne facial but at the appointment I agreed to that treatment instead. All she really did was suction dead skin cells.
My skin did not feel clean after. I understand feeling tight skin, but my skin felt and looked horrible after! I'm not one to ever have had cystic acne and now I do! Would not recommend this place. I have a wedding coming up and I have all these new spots of cystic acne on my face that I did not have before this treatment. Waste of $90!

I have been going to Transforming Techniques for years. I see Crystal for all my skin care appointments. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Crystal is more than my aesthetician, she is my friend. I trust her completely when it comes to my skin care needs. If I come in for an appointment and don't know what I want she will suggest something and it is always perfect. TT also has great skin care products. I would highly recommend TT to anyone who is looking for a day spa.

I have been a regular client of Transforming Techniques for over a decade and could not be more pleased with the excellent care I have received there. The aestheticians are professional and knowledgeable and the treatments are tailored to your ever-changing skincare needs. We are fortunate to have a boutique of this quality right here in Dayton.

The only review on here was for the hair / nail portion of the business. I go there for facials and they are the BEST! My skin has dramatically improved. All my sun spots have faded and I get compliments all the time on how good my skin looks, and how young I look. Highly recommend for facials and skin care!
