Mariah not only gave an amazing facial but also has a great personality. She even gave us a little extra time then we were supposed to be allotted Emily gave me the best massage I have had in my life! Girl is extremely talented! I live in Florida and would literally make the drive just to come back here If I could give this more star I would! Thank you ladies for such a pleasant experience

The person giving the massage was only using one hand and was texting with her other hand. Lightest massage ever, she wasn't applying any pressure. Used a gift card, but when the gift card was purchased, the price was lower for the massage, so they charged an extra $15

Toni was the best, so patient with me and full of sunshine. I always see her and her up beat personality. She's a beautiful person. The staff was so kind and welcoming, they are so kind and full of love. I been coming here since 2019 and always enjoy coming here. The rooms are always clean and very calming. Toni does a beautiful job decorating the spa. It makes me feel I'm entering someone's home. Keep up the awesome job!

I went to book my wife and sister-in-law a joint massage and "other girly stuff I don't get" package, but due to covid and all the craziness it was tough finding a good time getting it all scheduled with two masseuses anywhere. Well whoever I talked to really understood the "girly stuff" and REALLY helped me out. The thing was, this massage was supposed to be a birthday surprise and I was completely lost.

By the end of our call though I had a perfectly scheduled appointment, I'd saved 200 bucks, and I learned what a mani-peti is. An absolute win. Fast forward to today, I spend a bit of that money I saved on a birthday dinner for my super relaxed and happy wife and sister-in-law, after a perfectly timed surprise. Then I learned more than I ever wanted to about nails. 10/10 would spa again.

My massage was amazing and the staff was friendly. The faculty is beautiful, as well.

Not an atmosphere in which I could completely relax. Too bright, and my facial was mediocre at best. Will try to find a more "spa like" place next facial.

The facial was amazing, but the massage was not was was expected at all. I asked for deep tissue and was given a very soft Swedish massage. I had knots and a crick in my neck when I arrived and felt no relief when I left. I specifically stated on my form I wanted relief from tension, not simply relaxation. The massage was very frustrating actually.

There was no routine, different things were being done on different sides of my body, it just felt like someone was rubbing me down randomly at home. Disappointed in the massage and won't be back again.

This spa recently changed owners and I have to say the difference that came with it is wonderful. The owner, Toni, is an absolute doll. She was an employee for quite some time before purchasing it. She does amazing work, treats her employees and guests with compassion and is hilarious. She's a fun person to conversate with. My review is for facials and waxings.

I have been here quite a bit over the last few months (currently sitting in their parking lot since I arrived early for my appointment that I have today!) Each time I've been in, the receptionist is always so polite and gets me set up in the relaxation area until my tech is ready. They offer drinks, set you up in a massage chair and put a warm neck wrap on you.

I always see Fay. I trust her with everything she does! I've received facials, backcials, Brazilian waxes and eyebrow shaping from her. I am NEVER disappointed. She is the one to see if you come for a service. I will continue to book at this spa and with Fay. I highly recommend you do, too!

Incredible experience entirely and highlight of my birthday. The care, accommodation and genuine kindness of Crystal checking us in with perfect COVID safety procedures and showing us back to the beyond tranquil Relaxation area--followed by the soothing and healing massage work and exceptional technique courtesy of Stephanie and Alicia. Their communication based on our particular needs and preferences made it feel so customized and professional.

I've personally frequented many spas throughout Charleston. This one exceeded expectations in every single way. Simply Your Spa is the way to go for an individual massages or couples massage. I will most definitely be looking to Simply Your Spa when I book my next massage. It was a cathartic and therapeutic experience that made me feel renewed in body and mind.

Overall we had a WONDERFUL experience. We enjoyed a couples massage and a couples pedicure today. It was a serene atmosphere, the massage therapists were nice. Our only complaint would be that we were up-charged for a "deep tissue" massage and the pressure was lacking. It was a super relaxing massage, so if you are looking to just have a swedish massage, these ladies have that down!

The pedicure ladies were fun and did a wonderful job. The bench they seat you on however, is not the most comfortable. Overall great experience, just wish the deep tissue was deeper.

I asked and paid for a deep tissue massage. About 15 minutes of hardly any pressure, I asked the therapist to increase the pressure. She said she was working up to it and preparing my muscles. No part of the 60 minute massage was ever deep tissue. I did not get what I paid for and left very disappointed.

My favorite spa in West Ashley! Make sure you arrive early enough to enjoy the relaxation room! My husband and I always come here for couples massages and I always enjoy coming for facials as well. The receptionist Magdelena is such a pleasure to talk to, she is so kind and professional as well as all the staff!

I felt so comfortable in your spa. Jocelyn was exceptional with explaining your different services and was very sweet in ensuring that I was comfortable and had what I wanted. Maria did a fabulous massage and actually was able to get me to relax which is hard to do! Her gentle but firm stretching of my spine and neck was wonderfully effective. My facial by Jocelyn was extraordinary.

I love the products she used and her gentle and thorough approach to cleansing, purifying, and relaxing my face, neck, and even arms! Regina did a super job on my mani and pedi. My nails look amazing. She was so patient and professional with me even when I flubbed-up a toe nail and then later my finger nail at checkout. I will recommend this spa and I also plan to schedule services here in the future. It's a hidden gem in West Ashley!

I have been to Simply Your Spa on several occasions. I was an LMT for 13 years and have had countless massages over the years. I have really enjoyed the experiences I have had at this establishment. Everyone is very polite and friendly.from start to finish. My latest massage was with Christopher. I was amazed by his skills and intuition. I wanted to be sure to recommend him to everyone (especially those with extensive massage experience) He is extremely patient and detailed in his work. I will definitely continue to frequent Simply Your Spa. So thankful!

Very good couples massage and foot massage, timely and professional, clean atmosphere

Best couples massage we've ever had. My husband said his therapist was in tune with his problem areas. Very professional and relaxing ambiance. Would def. Recommend.

I haven't even gone yet and I have to give this place 5 stars! Coming to town in a couple of weeks for a bachelorette party (basic af, I know) and wanted a surprise for the bride. I reached out to Simply Your Spa via email and Bobbi Jo made everything super easy! All of the appointments are booked and paid for. She was even awesome enough to make a beach recommendation for our Friday afternoon! I'll update the review after our appointment!

My visit to Simply Your Spa was great! My nails were in dire need of fixing and my friend and I decided to give it a change even without an appointment. We got lucky and Mariah was so talented and personable! My nails look awesome and we'll definitely be back. We'll make an appointment next time though!

I come here every three weeks to get my nails done and Niki always does an amazing job! She can do so much fun nail art. The waiting room is amazing; low lights, recliners, massage chairs, hot neck wraps etc. The prices are also very competitive here! They are very sweet and friendly at the front desk and give you a chocolate kiss every time. This place is also great for parties! Lots of parking. And get some truffles and croissants next door at the yummy French chocolate place!

I have a friend who frequents SYS and insisted I check it out. We went as a group for pedicures on Saturday. I really like that you can book appointments online. I was the first to arrive for our date. I filled out the paperwork and then went back in to the relaxation room - a dimly lit room with spa-esque music playing and very comfy couches. I even got a very relaxing warm neck wrap - definitely a nice touch.

Once everyone arrived, we went back to get our pedicures. I was blown away by the courteousness of the women working here. I warned that I am ticklish, and she was more than gentle when it came to the scrubbing - but still very thorough. They even recommended a great top coat that went well with my polish choice! I loved it! I can't wait to go back. These women are incredible and do a great job.
