The idea was born when Founder Natasha Paul realized she wanted to create an Eco-friendly hair salon that offers Clean, Green Natural Haircare products while offering royal treatment to everyday-working class women and men. The goal was to create a tranquil, inviting, environmentally sustainable salon where people can experience mind, body and soul transformations through sustainable practices.
NPE was developed for people who want and need an organic solution to stimulate hair growth and healthy hair. Ingredients include organic clary sage, rosemary and peppermint essential oils and anti-bacterial carrier oils. All ingredients in the NPE product line are individually selected and curated to help maintain a healthy scalp environment.

I've been going to Evolution Green Room for approx 12yrs now. The service here is AMAZING! I moved from New Jersey to Long Island and no matter where I end up, the travel to Evolution Green Room in Brooklyn is always worth it for me. The level of professionalism, hair care, knowledge, and treatment is unmatched. I can't say enough about Natasha Paul and the quality of her work. Every time I leave her salon my hair looks phenomenal! You feel like a million bucks! I get compliments from everyone, even after two or three weeks in. She's the best!

Quality over quanity always. Natasha prides herself in delivering the best hair care. If your hair doesn't look good she doesn't look good-that's her approach when serving her clientele. She has been consistent year after year which can be a rareity to find. The experience has been a relaxing and positive vibe in the salon. I've enjoyed going to my hair stylist for the last 10 years. As well, Natasha is an educator with expertises in hair coloring. If you're looking for an expert in natural hair this is the place to visit.

This is an AMAZING salon. The staff is extremely professional and outgoing. My stylist, Delano is wonderful;he gave me a silk press that came out beautifully. They gave me the star treatment and really listened to what I wanted to have done. The entire staff are experienced and trained in natural hair care.

I just freed myself from relaxers; and Evolution was the perfect place to lead me through that transition. The classy-cool space is both soothing and energizing. Natasha and her staff are passionate about their craft, professional and create a naturally friendly environment. Everyone walked out the salon with silky hair and runway-ready. I am excited about my new look; becoming more conscious about the type of products I use and ready to tell the world to draw out its natural beauty with Evolution: The Green Room Salon.

A very tranquil atmosphere, attentive staff, 5 star quality services, . The owner and head stylist Tasha, is very professional and serious about her craft! She cares about her clients hair health and physical health, realizing both are equally important. When I left the salon, I was red carpet and runway ready! I love my hair!

Professionalism (A+); Addressed my concerns and questions (A+); Products (A) because its the first time using, however, I am quite happy with the look and feel of my hair and hope it remains as such; Quality of Service (A+). You pay for what you get. Just the mere thought of paying more that $30 for a wash, set, and blow and going every week was expensive for me. HOWEVER, the $$$ I paid for the relaxer, treatment, cut, and products was WORTH every cent.
I could not remember the a time I've visited a hair salon and was extremely happy with the results. I even took a pic, 1st time ever while at the salon. I felt beautiful. And I do INTEND to and WILL be there every 2 weeks to maintain what I have begun. That is, A journey to having a HEALTHY head of hair with my new hair Doctor(s). Today was my first time ever getting my hair naturally done at Evolution and i must say i am very pleased! Asia was my stylist and she rocks!
