Eric Fisher Academy

I asked them on Friday to get me in for half price hair dye for my birthday and I wanted to go from dark brown to bright neon purple and got an appointment for 1:30 on Saturday. After lightening and dying my hair it was 4:30 and I still needed 1 more coat of dye to get all my hair the right and same color so they asked if they could finish Tuesday because they closed at 5 and I explained how the person I talked to told me there would be enough time and that I have birthday plans Sunday and Monday so the instructor volunteered to stay and finish my color! I'm pleased with the outcome and customer service I received.

I had foils, trim, and styling today performed by Katelyn. The process takes longer than it ordinarily would, but that's to be expected at a teaching salon as both student and instructor are involved in the process. I couldn't be happier with the end result! This is my second time at Eric Fischer Academy and I'll definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

I come here once a year to get a spiral perm and the ladies who (this particular time, Paige) help set the appointment are always so kind, professional, and helpful! The students who train to perm my hair always do a wonderful job, even with my long a** hair! Thanks again to Paige who helped squeeze me in for an appointment so suddenly!

Lilly is my favorite when going to Eric fisher. She is super friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. Out of all my months of going to their spa for facials she has been one of my favorites. I would highly recommend her

Angelica Riddle did amazing on my hair! Took me from a dark red with a black shadow root to a beautiful purple she was kind and thorough! Definitely will go back to her

This is my first time getting my hair done at the EFA. Everyone was so professional and looked very stylish. Loved it. My stylist was Faith Pinkerton. She gave me highlights and did a beautiful job.

I have been coming to EFA for several months. No doubt I was nervous to let a new student color and cut my hair but I have never had a bad experience in the months I have been having my hair done. Isabella has taken care of my hair, recommended awesome products and listened to the direction I want to go with my hair (from red to blonde was so fun!) I enjoy talking with Adrian, Alana & Trish as I'm being pampered too a real guest experience! One thing I would suggest is a way to let the customers know they CAN tip but must do it via cash and won't be able to do it on their card at end of service.

I had Bunny as my stylist and she did a wonderful job! Went in for an all over bleach and she didn't disappoint! She's super sweet and wasn't afraid to ask questions! There was a little bit of choppiness in the root blend, but besides that, it looks great!

Robyn does amazing hair! She was very professional and took good care of my when I was here! She was very welcoming and gave me one hell of a hairstyle!

I had an apt to get my hair done and I was so excited for it all week. Meghan Liby was amazing! My final hair style/color looks so great and makes me feel so pretty. Thank you Meghan for making this happen! 10/10 recommend!

I've been coming here for years now. Though crowded and loud, the school has a great vibe. Students are motivated and friendly and love their experience as students. Teacher-staff work alongside students and step in to correct any mistakes students may make. I have had color, haircuts, manipedis, eyebrow and lash tints, and the little girl Diva services. They have all been super. The prices are great. Duration for services are longer than normal. Bring dollars for tips. You cannot add tips to your bill.

The financial aid lady at the school was very rude and not helpful to my daughter when she went to enroll. My daughter is ending up paying for her school out of her pocket thanks to this lady. My daughter is young and trying to do this on her own. I would not recommend this school at all.

Went here for a blow out and was blown away by the professional vibe of all the students and instructors! They have a fantastic lIst of skin services, that I'll be checking out! You can get the same advice, for a fraction of the price. Great splurge for those on budgets or mamas feeling guilty of some "me time". Love it all!

Great place to come if you want to get the job done on your hair inexpensively. The best way to describe this place is you get what you pay for. I got tired of spending lots of money on a basic color and haircut so I was glad to come try this. It will get the job done, however it won't be a phenomenal job. If you have attachment issues to your hair I don't think this is the place for you.

If you just want to get the job done, this is a great place to come. I got a basic all over color done and trim. You will have a student doing your hair, however there will always be a teacher looking over the student and touching up with your, which is good to have reassurance that your hair won't be messed up. My hair overall looks great. I got a plain black all over, and a 2 inch trim.

Nothing to complain about. The customer service is great! My hair dresser was very friendly. I constantly had managers and employees asking me if I needed water or a snack, and asking if everything is ok. They constantly asked me if I liked my hair which was nice to see they cared. I spent $56 total for an all over color and trim. The trim was $18 and the color was $28 plus another $10 for an extra bowl of color used (I have long hair).

I went to this Academy for my junior prom. They have a special package where you can get your hair, nails, and makeup done for only $40, so I didn't go into my appointment with incredibly high expectations. I was completely blown away. Not only was most of my staff incredible, but my hair looked better than when I paid over thirty dollars to have it done for a formal event by a licensed hair stylist.

It was fantastic! They made my hair look better than the photo I showed them on my phone and were willing to take as much time as they needed for my hair to look perfect. Whenever I gave a critique they listened and adjusted. My makeup was not as amazing as my hair, but it still was almost perfect. They asked lots of questions about how I liked the services and how my makeup was turning out, and my friend even asked them to start completely over and they did so without complaint.

The only thing that I would have done differently was to not have my eyebrows done as big and bold, but that is more of a personal preference. My nails looked good, but as someone used to acrylics, were a little disappointing. My nail tech was the only person I didn't think was incredibly nice, and she seemed like she was in a hurry to get done with me.

All in all, my experience was great, and they made me look great for prom! I have and would recommend this to anyone in search of cheap and great hair styling for a formal event!

I enjoyed my visit to Eric Fisher beauty school. I got a perm that promises to not stay; already I'm using appliances. As far as the student and instructor they were both really nice.

Good for haircuts but DO NOT get a pedicure here. 3 different people, all 3 gave horrible pedicures. The paint bubbled up & looked awful

I went to the Eric Fisher Academy for the first time today, and I will definitely be back! It was less than $40 (before tip) for two haircuts and a deep conditioning treatment for both my mother and myself, and I have to say, this is the best quality hair cut I think I've ever received. There is an instructor checking in every step of the way to insure that you're getting quality work done, and the students do a really amazing job.

The appointment did take a little longer than normal, but the quality is definitely worth it. They students and the instructors pay great attention to detail, so you won't walk out with an uneven or sloppy cut (as I've had happen at other salons). They also ask check in with you throughout the appointment to make sure they're giving you exactly what you want. For the first time ever, I walked out with my hair looking exactly how I wanted it to. I really could not be happier!

Tried this on a lark, and was really pleased. Prices are greatly discounted and the quality is top notch. The instructors supervise the students through all the steps so it's like getting two stylists! It took a little longer than a regular salon, but who cares? I got a cut and complex color and have received a ton of compliments.

I love that Eric opened the academy. as I have only been able to afford his actual salon on one occasion and felt it was ridiculously overpriced. $175 for a haircut and high lights. However, now me and my oldest daugter get our hair done at his academy for less than 20 each. His students are amazing. My personal favorite is Michael. We both have long thick hair and Michael is so great with our hair and shaping eye brows.

The facility does not look like a school at all however, it has the feel of a salon that would be on the west coast. And you will probably even see Eric while you're there. He once came over and couldn't say enough about how great my hair was. and that was before my stylist even cut it. he then ask if I was one of his hair models.;

This place is great! It is easy to get an appointment (and sometimes just walk in.) You can get any service that you would normally get in a salon or spa.at a fraction of the cost. The students who have done my hair, nails and facials have been professional and well-trained. (I don't think the nail treatments are as quality as a nail salon, simply because these students are also studying hair styling, rather than focusing on nails all day.) That might not be a fair assessment, since I only had one pedicure there.

This place provides a great way to pamper yourself and save some money at the same time. The salon/school looks very modern and has great colors and design. A great experience.
