I had just taken a chance and got super lucky I took a chance a few months ago somewhere else and my hair turned out to be a brassy mess. It needed a correction and I left more then thrilled. I had an apt but he was kind of busy and I had a lot of "issues" he introduced me to a stylist named Fenny. I said I want my hair kind of like her color. Fenny is super patient and super good we discussed what I wanted but with an experienced eye Fenny listened and knew what I needed.

She was right, finally for the first time she got the brown/ perfect not brassy not ashy. A golden brown with highlights, the cut even better. I don't know what made me have such confidence in her but my instincts were 100% correct. Salon is nice, new, and very clean. Even the person who washed was good. I was not rushed she was super into it. Oh it felt wonderful!

They use good products there is nothing negative to say. I should have taken a pic I was so happy I wasn't thinking but I will be back, definitely. What a relief to find a stylist I can sit back, relax and know she is exceptional. Very happy indeed.

I've been going to Kevin for over15 years, and followed him to your place from his previous place of employment. I've started using Marcus for color, since he was trained by my previous colorist. Making an appointment on the same day for the two of them is a breeze, although your online appointment system accicentally changed my appointment last time!

Everyone is professional, but still friendly, and the offer of a drink is always made if I have to wait between appointments. I love Riccardo Maggiore and recommend it to everyone I know who cares about their hair!
