So disrespectful. they left the dye all over my face and the stylist didn't even check if the color was right. She also left my hair soaking wet and refused to even give me a towel. The color was completely wrong, but when I told her, she completely dismissed me and said that she didn't have time. When I complained to the manager, they offered to let me use their blow dryer so I can blow dry my hair MYSELF. Ridiculous. Her name was Jessica btw.

TERRIBLE! Went for a haircut, told specifically what I wanted. Aviva rushed to cut the hair literally within 10 minutes and completely RUINED it by cutting a chunky layer. The manager corrected it and needed to cut my hair super short in order to bring it all on one length. I literally look like a BOY and unfortunately had to pay for this awful experience. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else even if you may have to pay a little more. That's nothing compared to what you will look like when you walk out of this salon!

After searching for seven years for a stylist whose services I consistently feel good about, I've finally found Jessica! I initially saw her for a haircut, and I sensed immediately that she really tries to understand my needs instead of imposing her own views. I also have full trust in her when it comes to color. Most recently, I saw her for a full highlight, and I'm in love with it! Jessica is a sweetheart, and she's always open to answering any questions I may have about the service or about hair maintenance. Can't wait to see her again!

Had the best experience with Cecilia! I have long hair and usually they get all knotted and brushing them at hair dressers is a pain. Not here! They did a fantastic job with highlights, and cutting and blow dry!

I have been going to Michael for years now and I refuse to go to anyone else. He is so amazing and talented. He doesn't just take my money and do whatever I want, he actually consults with me and puts in his professional input as to what will suit me or what will be too much upkeep. Everyone I have told to go to Michael is obsessed. His cut and color work is amazing. Could not recommend highly enough.

I have been with Michael for cut and color since 2015. He is incredibly talented, yes; he is a sweetheart, yes; but in addition to his talent - what enhances his talent - is that he is an encouraging and supportive partner in the journey. He wants to hear what you want, will happily provide suggestions, and is always happy for a hair adventure. He will be honest and give it to you straight if your adventure might not be the wisest choice (starting with hair health!), but will brainstorm and strategize with you so that you have an adventure you are happy with.

I first came to Michael with long dark hair and now have been sporting a fantastic platinum pixie for years (with various colors, fashion and otherwise, along the way). When I first came back after the pandemic-related hiatus we took it slow to honor what had taken so long to grown out, and I appreciated that suggestion. I also was relieved and excited when I finally got back to "me" a couple of months later.

The assistants and salon staff are lovely and accommodating, booking via text is super easy, the salon is (and always has been) immaculate. I can't recommend Scott J UWS highly enough, and Michael is my superstar.

Great service, my hair looks gorgeous, reasonable price for this area! Was able to book via txt - same day appointment, very convenient. Rafael was friendly and really listened to what I wanted. We talked a little about common problems I have with my hair (very long fine hair that tangles easily) and Rafa had some very helpful advice (without just pushing needless products like some salons do!) - he understood not only how to style hair but also about the chemistry and biology of hair. $80ish for a cut which I consider quite reasonable for my hair length and in this area. Will be back for a colour or gloss as they seem reasonably priced too! Thanks!

I used the services at this salon four times, all haircuts of different prices and I gotta say - the price is no predictor of quality. If you want a good haircut go with Valbona or Nicki - they deliver. Last time I came here I got a haircut from Michael and it was worse than if I had tried to do it myself at home with kitchen scissors. He might be skilled better than my haircut showed, but he did not bring it that day.

My hair was longer on one side (and I did not ask for an asymmetrical look). I asked for layers - I got two, one shoulder length, one ear length. I mainly came here for convenience, but if your haircut is really important to you, keep looking.
